I didn’t like presenting my Drivers License to the attendant and then having her make a photo copy of my license which concerns me because of all the identification theft happening nowadays. I have never had this happen at any location that I’ve stayed at. The ceiling in the room was bubbled up and appeared to be ready to crash down. There were roaches in the room and we had to take our bags out to the car to not bring them home with us.

Room is big and spacious but sloppily painted and decorated. Needs much tlc. Weird check in- you stand outside and talk through a hole.

Hotels.com live Rep, helps me out a Pinch
Well after I called Hotels.com back at another number.Because initially when I was trying to change my reservationy,I dealth with the annoying virtual customer assistant. That through all those prompters I never spoke to a live-person.So,I googled an alternate phone number.Then spoke with Jelvin and he straighten everything thing for the mistake that I made on the reservations date Yesterday.Promptly and told me he was sending my confirmation immediately. As I was already at the hotel.I Thanked him and gave him Excellent kudos for his help in my panic.

First day I arrived I scanned the room for any bugs, unfortunately for me there was one single roach, laying upside down in the tub. The carpeting is vintage, but relatively clean, the bed was actually very comfortable and a good place to sleep. The tv had limited selection, cable only, not a smart tv but had impractical jokers so I was good. I was travelling from another country so I was worried that the vehicle I had would get broken into at night, however everyone there was very respectful. One issue I did have was that the bathroom entrance didn't connect with the carpet, and so there was around an inch or 2 of carpet wiring sticking out near the bathroom entrance, dangerous as someone could really cut their feet open there. They did daily housekeeping to keep the room feeling fresh, and in my week of staying I only found one other bug inside the room. Overall a pretty decent stay for what I paid, but don't expect this place to be perfect or a diamond in the rough. It is what it is.

Property was odd. A lot of riff raff and unsettling noises, woke up to paper towel wadded in the door jam like someone tried to get in overnight. Room was in awful condition. Mold growth in the bathroom, holes in the walls, busted ac unit

it was the wrong choice of hotel for the night. Usually you rent a room for one night in not very expensive hotels along the road with a rating of 3 to 4 stars. This hotel has an Expedia rating of 3.2. But this is not true. I would give them a rating of 1 to 2. Details. We booked 2 rooms and hoped they would be close by. But we were given rooms on different floors. When we entered the rooms we noticed an unpleasant smell. The air conditioner was off and it was unbearably hot. Exhaust fan does not work in the bathroom. There were only two sets of towels and they were old and thin. Many cars from neighboring buildings pass through the parking lot, which is not safe for people and parked cars. I recommend visitors to avoid this hotel. I suggest to the owners of the hotel to invest more money in their hotel.

Beware roaches
Very dirty and outdated. Roaches at dresser, bathroom and sink. Only half roll of toilet paper in the room, toilet pepper holder is dirty with a hair clip in there. Found roach an hour after checking in. Sink is disgusting as it i clogged by something look like dead roach.

Their were roaches in the bathroom and entertainment center upon arrival. Throughout the night they were coming out of the tv on the dresser. Also the cable didn’t work so I had to use my laptop with the half functioning WiFi to watch the news

The room was dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke and butts on the floor that were never removed during our stay. Every surface was soiled, bedspread had holes, mildew in bathroom and shower curtain . It was a terrible place to stay, had to even ask for toilet paper!

Awful Experience!
The hotel was booked up when we got there even though we had a confirmed booking for at least two weeks before. The clerk stated they had been calling people to cancel but we received no call or notification until we got there, 5 hours away from home!! The outside was dark and we did not feel safe. Numerous people hanging out outside. He stated it was this website that overbooked the hotel but no matter who did it, it is unacceptable. Clerk was also not personable at all and didn’t initially offer to help until I asked him if he knew other places that had openings.

The rooms were very clean but outdated. Staff was very friendly. The hot water for showers was luke warm best so a cold shower was the norm.

This property was disgusting and dirty. This is clearly a transient motel where people are living. The rooms were filthy and dated.

Older but clean hotel
It is an older hotel..nothing fancy but clean...there was a hole in the bathroom door they shouldnt leave it like that. The bed was comphy. There were no bugs that I saw Better then the cheapest hotels but not where I would want to stay for a vacation. You get what you pay for and the price was good.

The room was dirty with mold on the ceilings and spills on the walls. The bed was very comfy. The room needs to be remodeled and not by the person that's been doing the up keep of it. There were poorly install covers where lights used to be.
