Decent stay for a decent price.
We were a group of 5 and our stay was overall decent. The location is great, and it was a comfortable enough stay.There were a few cleaning and maintenance items I've communicated to Yaas to hopefully improve.The couch is not a convertible bed, but the back cushions can be removed for the 5th person to sleep. It's a decently large couch.I appreciate the lobby being secure with fob access and the concierge was kind there. We only had one fob for this and our group was occasionally split, so be aware that you will need to coordinate access if your group is similar.For anyone concerned about homeless people around the area, yes, this is an large urban center where this kind of thing is normal no matter where you stay. They may make your feel uncomfortable, but at no point did it feel threatening. That said, I don't suggest going out alone at night.Lastly, most of the time 2 of the 3 elevators were operational, with only 1 on our checkout day. This is no fault of the host, but was a bit of an inconvenience.It was a decent stay for a group of 5. Yeah, I would say shop around places, but this is a place to consider I would say.
