I had reserved this property for 2 guests. Upon arrival, there was 1 bath towel with 3 wash cloths in the bathroom. The bed had 2 pillows... 1 decorative & 1 to sleep on. There was not a full set of sheets on the bed... only a mattress cover & flat sheet. There were no blankets or extra pillows except for a couple of really little pillows in the closet. Only 2 hangers in the closet. The refrigerator was full of food, dishwasher had not been emptied.. not sure if they were clean or dirty. Kitchen drawers/cabinets were full of junk. Could tell the carpet had not been vacuumed before our arrival (although we had to pay a cleaning fee). Internet did not work. Although it was not listed in the amenities, there was no coffee pot to accommodate 2 people. We called the host & told her about everything mentioned above. She did bring us 2 towels, just purchased from the store & never laundered, vacuumed the floor, brought out a brand-new drip coffee pot still in the box from her storage (we had to set it up & clean it) & attempted to reset the Internet. She was very quick to tell us that she could show us how to use the hot spot on our phones to watch TV! She later called me (on 2/7) to let me know there was a problem with the internet & it could not be fixed until Monday 2/9 & that she would refund for not having the internet. It has been a week later (2/13) & I have not received a credit. It was a beautiful home, but not ready for 2 guests. It was a very uncomfortable stay.
