The house was pristine and the beds were very comfortable. The shower, which needs instructions that are offered, is wonderful. A plumbing problem was immediately repaired and cleaned up while I was out. This would not matter to almost everyone, but the living room furniture isn’t cozy and I spent my time in bed while I was there. There’s a grocery nearby and there are two parks along the river that are beautiful less than 5 minutes away from the house. For shoppers, there is a great, upscale shopping and restaurant area about 10 minutes away. The house is part of a large subdivision and I had a bit of a problem with my GPS at first.

Very easy checkin. Ronald the house, made the check in and communication very easy. The townhouse shows signs of where, especially the ceilings, you can't see it in the pictures but around the vents there's a lot of ceiling texture coming down and stains on the ceilings. Had some issues with the washer, Ronald sent out a tech and repaired it promptly. However kept having it issues towards the end of our stay. Messaged the host and he never responded back to us. We ended up leaving a day early with no response from host.

My stay at this cozy townhouse was wonderful — spacious, warm, and incredibly peaceful. The atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. I especially enjoyed the comfortable memory foam mattress and the relaxing shower. Conveniently located near great food options and just a short drive from shopping. A perfect blend of comfort and convenience!The townhouse offers great amenities including a Keurig coffee machine, toiletries, fresh towels, and a cozy balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a spacious refrigerator, cooking area, and all essentials. There are two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with massaging showers, plus extra blankets—everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The property was pretty much the same as the images with a little more wear and tear. All questions were answered in a timely manner. My only feedback is that it felt so rigid that we had to exit the property by 3p or we would be charged a fee for every XX mins over your stay. Otherwise, it was a good stay. We were there on business, so we didn’t get to see the sites or visit restaurants nearby.

Before we arrived host was in constant contact to ensure our stay went well. Once we arrived townhome was very clean, all we needed was there, beds were extremely comfortable. Which is a very big plus for us. Shows the host is not scrimping to shave a buck. Looked to have been be remodeled with a more modern look. I give all 5 plus stars and when we travel back to Atlanta we will for sure see of this acclimation is available.

Property was clean, quiet neighborhood in a good location. House needed more household goods like silverware, the pots didn’t have any lids which we needed to make rice, and needed kitchen supplies like paper towels and dish washing soap.

Updated property in quiet neighborhood

Host was very good at communicating. Place is nice, but it’s an older property that has been redone. My one suggestion would be additional towels and having a place to hang your towels in the bathrooms.
