The space
This private guest house is fully separated from the main house by a full privacy fence, giving you a quiet, self-contained home for the length of your stay. Thoughtfully furnished and laid out for real living, not just a quick visit.

Parking
• There are free, designated street parking spots in front of the main house on our quiet residential street, no permit or app needed.
• The driveway belongs to the main house, so please don't park there. Otherwise, feel free to use whatever street space is open.

Guest access
You have exclusive access to the entire guest house and its fenced backyard. The main house on the property is occupied separately, with its own entrance, yard, and parking, so privacy is maintained for everyone.

To help you settle in, we provide a starter supply of essentials:
• Kitchen: coffee, olive oil, salt, pepper
• Bath: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels

Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval (up to 2 well-behaved pets per stay), and a pet fee applies. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of pets, and share each pet's breed and weight ahead of time so we can have the home ready. Undisclosed pets are charged at twice the standard pet fee per pet. While you're here, we just ask that you:
• Clean up after your pet in the yard
• Keep pets off the furniture and beds
• Crate or secure pets when left unattended
• Tidy up any indoor messes promptly

Excessive shedding that needs extra cleaning may add a $100 cleaning fee, and any pet damage to furnishings may result in additional charges.

Trash
Quick heads-up on trash: our pickup service only takes waste in the provided colored bags, and it won't grab loose trash or other bags, so just drop everything into those before it goes out. If you run out of the colored bags during your stay, just let us know.

Good to know
A few simple things to keep the home comfortable for you and easy for everyone on the property:
• 31-night minimum stay
• Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy 6, including children and infants
• Only guests listed on the reservation may stay at the home
• Booker must be at least 21
• No parties or events
• Please keep furniture and decor where you find it
• Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, in respect of neighbors and the main-house residents
• Smoke-free and vape-free home (a $500 remediation fee applies if smoking is detected)

SMOKING VIOLATION FINE
If smoking is detected, the following will apply:
• Minimum smoking violation fee: $500
• This fee covers additional cleaning, deodorization, ozone treatment, and damage prevention.
• Additional charges may apply if smoke remediation exceeds standard cleaning or results in lost bookings or damaged furnishings.

Evidence may include (but is not limited to) odor, ashes, cigarette butts, residue, guest admission, or reports from professional cleaning staff.
