Excellent neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was so clean and organized. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access to everything Atlanta!! Definitely our place every time we come!

Cutest home!

The cutest and most roomy home! The host was quick to reply and resolve any issues that we had. Felt very safe and the beds were SO comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Birthday Weekend

My best friends and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday weekend. The host was amazing and was very receptive and communicative. I had no issue getting in contact with him when needed. I do want to make everyone aware that the drive way is very steep! It is parking as if going down a hill. The location is great everything that we wanted to go do and see was always 10-20 minutes away. I enjoyed my stay.

Nice house but high hill

The house was great and it was clean. The water was piping hot. The neighborhood was quiet. There were a few minor blemishes but nothing too bad. The main issue was the steep driveway. This listing is for young able bodied people. Do not rent if you have issues climbing a hill because the driveway is very steep and can be the cause of an injury.

Older Atlanta

The house has not been cleaned but the owner quickly got cleaners over and credited us $100 which we appreciate. This is in an older section of Atlanta so don’t expect new homes rather updated older homes. Only complaint was how steep the driveway was. Had to park our car on the street and could barely walk down it due to oak acorns.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!! DO NOT SPEND STAY HERE!!! On arrival call the property seemed nice but once inside some of the doors weren’t on the hinges, there was a soft spot in the floor that felt as if you could fall through when walking over it. All the chairs in the dining area were loose and most of my family was scared to sit in them. To make matters worse the night before check out all of my family’s cars were broken into and one car was stolen. Tried contacting the owner but all I got was what seemed to be an automated response. I even called but I’m yet to receive a call back. There were cameras but I don’t think they work at all. Honestly I feel like the owners know something because they don’t seemed concerned at all. I will never go back there unless it’s to follow up with the police report that was filed. Stay away from this place!!!!

Once and done stay

We stayed in mid March. I reported all of my issues to the management company so I hope they were addressed or will be. This property at first glance does look like it’s pictures, however when you start to look around it needs a lot of love. It needs a good detailed scrubbing & deep cleaning from the kitchen to the baseboards in every room. The mattress in the queen room needs to be replaced, it sinks in at the head and is not sleep-able. There was a broken dining room table chair. The primary room has peeling paint. The back porch was covered in mold and pollen. It has not been cleaned in sometime and the couch out there really should just be thrown away, it’s covered in mold. The lawn needed it’s spring clean up. The driveway is a steep downward angle so when it’s wet, the leaf accumulation make walking dicey. It’s clear by the surrounding homes that this is a rental. With just these things (and there were others) it just makes one think if you miss the small things what about the larger ones? We did go and wash a few bedding items that were questionable when we arrived. It’s clear this property managed and not run by an individual because the owner hasn’t been here in quite some time. The neighborhood is fine and quiet. As you explore further out, depending on which way you go it gets better one way and not so much the other. It is close to all the downtown attractions. If we return to the Atlanta area again this property would not be on our option list.

Great Host

Enjoyed our stay. Nice spacious house. A previous review said no hot water but we had hot water and good water pressure. The master bath is great with a rainfall shower head. Kids had fun playing with the items provided. Pretty close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Honestly the best part was the host! Very caring that we had a nice stay. When we realized we didn’t have trash bags as the previous guests used them all he brought some right over. Upon leaving my son left a whole bag of clothes including his basketball uniform. The host brought right to the post office for us. That could of been a disaster! We are so grateful. Definitely recommend. The house is older but they have done so much to freshen it up.

Cute home close to the city!!

Great location close to midtown! We had a great time and the space was perfect!! If we are ever in the area again, definitely will be staying here!!!

no hot water :(

I tool my mom and her sisters to ATL for the weekend and the overall stay was nice until it was time for bed. This location did not have any hot water whatsoever and nothing was done about it as told.
