Muy buen hotel con agradables amenidades por si te llegas a quedarte una noche para esperar la conexión de tu otro vuelo que llegue a salir al otro día. El restaurante que tienen a la mano y cercano es el restaurante The Burger Place, muy buenas hamburguesas y ensaladas, cuentan con refill en algunas bebidas. Cuentan con shuttle service del aeropuerto doméstico hacia el hotel y viceversa de forma gratuita. Las salidas son cada 30 minutos. Nota: para trasladarse al aeropuerto internacional hay que tomar otro shuttle dentro del aeropuerto doméstico para que te trasladen al aeropuerto internacional sin costo.

Some advice would be to have room service. They didn’t accept cash at the front desk which is some people’s only way to pay due to being international. I also requested for a wake up call and did not get it.

El hotel me parece caro para lo que ofrece. Es lo que es, un hotel para quedarse cerca del aeropuerto y llegar temprano y ya. Se escucha hasta cuando el de al lado o el de arriba baja los baños. El edificio se ve viejo y maltratado, no invierten nada en remodelaciones.

Muy bien ubicada cerca del aeropuerto, el centro de Atlanta esta es 20 min en auto y 40 en metro, habitaciones muy comodas y amplias, tiene restaurante y una pequeña tienda

Cuando llegue eran las 12:30 am, estaba lloviendo, y como tenia gripe, y ya que el parqueo estaba un poco lejos, solicite una sombrilla prestada. La respuesta de la persona en la recepción fue un NO rotundo. Una señora ruda y sin el menor grado de amabilidad, si no todo lo contrario. Entiendo básico entrenar al personal en el mundo de la hostelería, para que muestren cierto grado de servicio al cliente, pues hasta una bolsa plástica hubiese ayudado. Solo mostrar cierto interés en ayudarte. Por otro lado compre algunas cosas en el gift shop, como medicina para la cabeza, y algo para cenar a esa hora,. Reconozco que los precios de los gift shops de los hoteles son caros, pero los de Sonesta son los precios de un gift shop de un hotel 5 estrellas!! Definitivamente hay mejores hoteles por los mismos precios.

A great place to catch a flight from the airport and they have parking available to leave your car when u have a flight to catch.

Our car and 13 others got vandalized and broken into. Terrible neighborhood, I’m glad we only used the facility to park our car. Never again, think twice before going here.
