THE WORST PART OF THIS STAY is how dirty this place is. I can show photos that is disgusting. After getting bitten with insect bites each time I got out of the bed I realized how dirty this bedroom was. I called and showed photos of the dirty bedroom and my bites several placed and got refunded one night. I WOULD NEVER STAY at this place even if someone paid me to stay here. It is really dirty and scary with the bedbugs. Besides from the additional host fee etc, the cost is more expensive than a nice hotel. also check in is after 4pm, which seem considerable late. Lastly, you have to pay upfront deposit and its now bene two weeks and this fund has not yet been refunded.

The best stay in Atlanta

Absolutely perfection location. We were able to walk everywhere; the Falcons game, the Aquarium, the restaurants, etc. This condo was so nice. The appliances were top of the line. The bedding and sofas were very nice. The views from the balcony- beautiful! I would definitely HIGHLY recommend Ryan and this property. I will stay here again, for sure!

Nice condo, keep your expectations reasonable

This property was great for a couple of nights while I attended a conference nearby. I always love having a kitchen and more space than a hotel offers, plus it's so much more affordable. Here are some great perks of this property, along with some things to be aware of: 1) It is diagonal-across from Hyatt Regency, in case you are attending an event there. Very convenient. 2) It has a delightful porch with a very nice view. 3) Very secure inside the building. 4) Condo is very cute (decorations) - I liked the aesthetic. 5) Very clean, fresh paint, etc. 6) Wifi was great. 7) Excellent communication with the manager. For example, there was a problem at checkin (not a big deal at all but ...) he was INSTANTLY responsive. I had a problem with the kitchen and he offered to send someone right away. (I declined.) Now, keep your expectations reasonable. Disclaimer: I would TOTALLY stay here again! None of the below is a deal-breaker for me, just might be useful for folks to know. Here are some things to be aware of: 1) I am not totally sure who all lives in this building but there was a distinct odor of weed in the elevators and hallways most of the time I was there. 2) People outside the building loitering. Liquor store on the corner (attached to condo building). Big city thing for sure, but just be aware. I did not feel unsafe, however. 3) I found the furniture uncomfortable. Sofas, bed, all of it was flat and kind of hard. 4) Very little light control in the bedroom, especially given that there are bright city lights outside. Could use some light-blocking curtains for sure. 5) You cannot plug in the provided hairdryer in the bathroom. The plug on the dryer collides with the light switch. I dried my hair in the bedroom. 6) Bring your own soap. 7) The microwave is broken. I would not mention this except I see another review from this same month noting the same problem. I also could not get the keurig to work. There is no kettle that I could find. Life was hard on the first morning. 8) The shower has a design flaw - you cannot turn it on without getting wet, and the hot water takes absolutely forever to reach this unit. So unless you like an icy shower, get ready to at least have a wet arm and then wander around looking for coffee for the next 10 minutes before you can get in. Like I said, none of those was a big problem for me. Just be adaptable! And know that the manager will respond right away to problems. I did not use the TV or try to park :-)

This was a wonderful property that had such an amazing view! It was very cozy but also very clean! I wish I could’ve stayed longer but I had to get back home.

Unhappy stay

First off the directions off the property is all off .. then on the website it say you can park on they property ITS NO PROPERTY TO PARK… we had to walk a block down the street where you have different people begging walking up to .. just to park our car in the parking garage triple AAA… checked in an they telling me not to leave no trash in the condo ( so why are you guys charging a cleaning fee ….the microwave in the condo did not work… it was cold the three night I stayed you can not control heat… checked out today an they told me I could not sit in the lobby until husband came back from the parking garage …it’s not a safe area to come to with kids I would not recommend this place to anybody

Ryan was great!

Great location for food and attractions. Came for concert and it was only a few minute walk to Mercedes’ stadium. Very secure building with someone always on duty in lobby and of your not a resident you would have to be buzzed in. Will definitely be back. Thanks

Relaxed Graduation Trip

The rental look exactly like the photo. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit which would be the pantry. If you do decide to buy groceries, just rearrange stuff around. The bathroom looks like the paint around the shower is water-damaged. It was paint lifting and chipped off the wall. There are the homeless or beggers in the area.. Late a night around midnight there are people outside the entrance. It could have been people that live there hanging out. But they were polite and did not bother us.

Good location for State Farm Arena

We stayed here when attending an event at State Farm Arena. It was the perfect location! We walked to the event, and to restaurants easily. The condo itself was comfy and nice, and we really enjoyed the balcony and city view.

Great room in the hotel district

The unit was perfect for our 4 day stay. I was attending a local conference, my wife worked remotely form the unit. Property owner/manager was available via vrbo messaging for any needs throughout our stay

Close to all the downtown venues

The unit is beautiful and has great security. We parked in a garage with security and walked or took Uber everywhere. There are homeless people begging nearby but they are not aggressive. We have done extensive traveling and this is in every populated area. We had a great time!
