What stay! This was the absolute worst booking I have ever had!! The host never sent the access code. They would not answer the phone or reply to text nor email. We have been on the road driving for over 14 hours and after sitting at the property for over an hour and a half texting and calling the host and the house manager, nobody responded VRBO answered. I called but hung up on us however, we finally got in touch with somebody from Vrbo to try to get some assistance, they were not able to get in contact with the host nor the house manager as well. As far as I am concerned, this host in this house is a scam. However, Vrbo said that they would give me a refund I will wait to see and they also sent a PayPal link to assist us with hotel fee. We had 12 people that we were trying to accommodate there is so much that was wrong with this rental and host and house manager. There is not enough room in this space for me to detail my dissatisfaction.

We had a very nice stay. The pictures reflect the property. It was very nice to have so many beds for our large group. The host was quickly responsive when we had a minor issue with the television. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Atlanta for the Atlanta University center and Georgia tech area.

Good location close to downtownParking access is very tight between houses and not much space to navigate in rear parking areaNeighborhood may be intimidating for some - seems to be some transient population that aren’t shy about approaching you on front porch, but no real issuesHouse is nice / lots of badroom space - needs a little investment / TLC, including Extremely limited cooking ware (no baking sheets or frying pans)Two stovetop burners did not work A couple of beds badly need replacement box spring / mattressDespite these suggestions, we would stay here again!

Horrible house keeping big flies not 5 but at least 30-40 flies cock roaches etc….

Over the house is in the hood surrounded by nothing but trees it was so many flies, cock roaches, caterpillars & spiders etc… they live down stairs where 4 bed rooms are located!!! I had a family of 18 traveling with me I was so embarrassed half my family left and went back home I tried to ask for a discount they tried to act as if they was gonna cooperate but didn’t the beds are from late 90’s early 2000’s so the beds are weak and may break on you the tv don’t work but only thing they came and fix right away! The ppl who living there or ppl who stay left dirty laundry. The shower knobs broke and one bathroom!!! I didn’t even want to leave a bad review I also have pictures of everything the worst stay I ever experienced I have more pictures even videos but they don’t do justice like being there in person

Nice Home for close to the Mercedes benz stadium.

Giving my honest review. Me and my family (14ppl) traveled into Atlanta for a HBCU Bowl game at the stadium and chose this home due to it being close to the mercedes benz stadium. Upon our arrival the home from the outside was a nice home. The neighborhood is in more of a historic area downtown so it is a an older looking neighborhood. The house does look like the pictures that were advertised. The host did communicate with me the do and donts and how to access the house and etc. But we did have some issues during our stay. Starting with the Wifi the wifi never worked for us after entering the wifi login so we had to use our hotspot on our phones to get the tv to work (a message was sent out to the host about that issue). Second there was a water leak coming from under the kitchen sink on our second day and we had to keep getting water up. I did reach out to the host about that issue. There was also a piece of the floor that stuck up by the refrigerator that was a tripping issue. Last in one of the bedrooms downstairs with the double beds there was a wet rug that had a sour smell to it placed on the floor in between the beds. (We removed the rug from the room).Overall its still a nice hime close to the mercedes benz stadium Just needs some minor repairs.

Clean and convenient

Was so close to the convention center for our stay. Everything was clean and in good order! Check in process was easy and we had no problems at all. It was perfect for our large group for Dreamhack Atlanta!

Family vacation

The pictures you see of this house is just that!!The neighborhood isn’t the best,but it’s very quiet…When I walked into the house I was amazed of how clean it was..I took Clorox wipes to wipe down and the wipes was still white after I wiped ..I love to cook and usually I’ll bring my own pots,but they had some good pots I didn’t need mine.The beds where so comfortable and it was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably.If you have a large group this definitely is the house to book.. I give this home,the owner/manger a 10.

Beautiful home

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful home. We were greeted with a welcome card when we arrived and the host checked in with us to makes sure we were squared away as we began our stay. We’ve been looking forward to this vacation for some time and the home and experience was just what my family needed for an annual gathering. The house was big enough for all 11 of us to have our own space to go to when we weren’t gathering and we utilized the porch as much as possible to soak in the sun during the weekend. Thanks

We had a great experience with this property and property management. The home is updated and is described. It's within walking distance to HBCU and mins from downtown. It's bot located in the best neighborhood, but we had no issues whatsoever. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property for your next getaway.

Ideal for visits to HBCU's and other local colleges.

We brought a group of 8 seniors, and 3 adults to Atlanta to visit the local colleges in the area. This house was perfect for our group. All the students had a place to rest, and they could hang out in the living room after a long day of visiting different campuses. The house is also a short walk to the HBCU's so it was ideal for us.

Great for Big Families

House is great for big groups. We had 9 in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us. Location is short drive to lots of the activities. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.
