Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire ground-level apartment. This includes the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area. You will also have your own dedicated outdoor seating area on the front porch. A designated parking spot for one (1) car is provided with your reservation.

- This apartment is one of three private units in the building.
- For your security, the guest who made the reservation must be present for check-in.
- We provide a generous starter supply of consumables like toilet paper, coffee, trash bags, and laundry detergent. For longer stays, please plan to supplement these items as needed.
- For the safety and security of our guests and property, security cameras are located on the exterior of the building.
- Checkout is simple and does not require cleaning or laundry

Our guests must agree to all the rules:
1)All Guests, 18 years and older must have a registered verified account with Vrbo along with their profile image showing. 2) NO PARTIES/EVENTS 3) ALL Guests must be registered as stated in rule #1)
4) Our Home is intended for people to stay and go out to events, not to invite people back to our home for events. 5) No Smoking, No vaping, and No Drug use anywhere on or inside the house and property. 6) Please put trash in bags provided in the green garbage bin located near the garage. No loose garbage allowed. 7) Do not flush tampons or wipes (flushable or non-flushable wipes) in the toilet. Toilet paper only. 8) Please turn off the lights when you leave. 9) Please leave all towels in the bathroom upon your departure. 10) Please leave the apartment as you found it clean and neat. 11) No weapons/guns/illegal substances/video filming without permission from the owner. 12) No candle burning, please. FIREPLACE IS FOR DECORATION ONLY, no burning wood, chimney has been blocked. 13) Guest profiles MUST have profile photos, & accurate first and last names. AND the Guest account that made the reservation must check in personally. 14)Relax and enjoy your stay at our historic manor!

Checkout Instructions:
We hope that you enjoy your stay. So that you can better plan your departure, the following are the checkout reminders:
• Check-out time is before 11:00 am EST
• Used towels and washcloths - leave them hanging on the hooks in bathroom
• Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washer before leaving.
• Place all trash in a garbage bag/bin in kitchen
• Adjust the Thermostat to:
In summer - 80 on the Cool setting
In winter - 66 on the Heat setting.
• Turn off lights and lock up. Double check that back door is locked. To lock: from the outside, press the Lock logo. From the inside, turn the thumb turn.
