“Condo had everything we needed for a great week! Condo was clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows!!! Location is great. We’ve stay at Ocean Sands for the last 6 years and have never been disappointed in the facilities. Laundry room was clean and well kept. Excellent grounds keeping.”

“Great property! Small playground and open field to play and the pool is beautiful and clean. Safe and short walk to the beach, there is a boardwalk all the way to the beach so a wagon is easy. Restaurant and essential shopping in walking distance. You can easily do 3 small family groups here and still have privacy. There is a very large bunk room that includes a separate queen bed. “Michelle is wonderful to work with. Very responsive. i usually stay ON the beach but I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get onto the beach on the boardwalk/sidewalk. The pool was amazing. 6 inch area is great for our 1 and 3 year old (wish there was a way to stop the one year old from walking into the deep area so we could relax more but still fun) Kids toys and books were perfect. Had everything we needed. And again, Michelle was outstanding.”

“The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. “Staff communication was fantastic. We arrived late at night and check in was easy. Prime location - we left the vehicle parked and walked to the beach, restaurants, brewery, biergarten, etc. Beach access was close and beach spot was very nice. The entire area was extremely pet friendly which worked out perfect. Most places had water bowls and the Crab’s Claw even had a pet menu.”
