We had a wonderful time with our family of 5 and our dog Bronx. Very easy to check in and had everything we needed to have an excellent vacation. Plus the view and short steps to beach was awesome.

Great place. Constant view of the ocean with the easiest walk to the beach of any place we’ve stayed. Plenty of space and amenities. Easy communication with host.

Great location!

I was there with my family for a weekend, and the property was excellent. It was highly walkable to the beach and local restaurants.

Great place, great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, well-equipped and in a great location steps from the beach. The views from the deck were better than we even expected.

Great Location

Great stay and great location! Wish there were mirrors in the bedroom and not just the bathroom. This would help when multiple people are trying to get ready. Other than that, the place was wonderful!

Wonderful place to stay!

This little house is our favorite spot to stay on the beach. It is directly across from access to a beautiful, not crowded, beach. The house is clean and well equipped.

Wonderful location and house!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. It’s location directly across from the beach is perfect. The house was clean and stocked with everything we could need. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We felt right at home . We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the ocean . This home is perfect for all ages . We look forward to coming back again soon . The house has everything ready including beach towels. It is clean and well decorated!

Perfect location

This is second time we have stayed at this cute little beach house. The location is more than perfect, the host Kim is so friendly and flexible. We even got a discount on the rental since we have rent her property before. Our only complain is the mattresses in both bedrooms need be replaced, they have zero support and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Mother/Daughter Weekend!

Super-cute beach house with a great ocean view from deck, living room, and kitchen windows. Clean and freshly painted with fun beach decor. Just steps to public beach access. Kim was great. Very positive and responded quickly to our questions. Pet friendly area. Walking distances to fun restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice unit in great location!

Nice three bedroom unit located directly across from the beach access! Lovely beach with lively ocean. We would definitely come again. One minor issue: code for lock box was incorrect. The owner resolved it quickly.

Perfect location

We had a great time at this cozy little cottage. (That's what we called it! 🙂) Kim was great about answering all our questions and the mattress we slept on was wonderful! I think there were people in the downstairs unit, but never heard them. Loved that we could grill, hang out on the deck, and could see the ocean. We absolutely would stay there again!

Awesome house at Atlantic Beach

The house was all ready for our vacation . The house is spotless , it is bright and cheery . We enjoy sitting out on the deck and looking at the ocean. Kim provides everything from beach chairs to night lights!! There was plenty of room for the four of us . We appreciate that it is dog friendly . The house is a just a block from shops and a great donut shop!!

Birthday getaway

Rental was in a great location , beach and area was awesome. The only slight and I say slight problem was we could not see the lockbox at night and had some issues getting in . The numbers are all very hard to make out and there’s very little light.

Very Clean and Allows Pets!

We stayed in the upstairs cottage. Everything was very clean. Although I have a pet, I'm always weary of what I'm walking into when a place allows pets. There was no evidence of previous pets which was nice. Bathrooms were clean! The owner allowed us to check in early with no problems. I reached out to her once before the stay and once on our way in, and she was very quick to respond. The deck is large and spacious with four Adirondack chairs and two benches. Plenty of space to keep your beach chairs/wagon and still sit around with your family and friends. And you are directly across from a well maintained beach access. The only con is there needs to be hooks to hang towels. I had to hang my bath towel on a hanger in the closet to allow it to dry. So if you happen to have an over-the-door hanger or command hooks you may want to bring them.
