    2 Bedroom and 2 Bath condo, K building First Floor, located where mom and dad can sit on the deck and relax while watching the kids at the pool (age dependent). 1 King, 1 Full, 2 Twin beds.

    Ocean is steps away, indoor and outdoor pools to entertain the kids for hours.

    Easy parking. Washer and Dryer in unit.

    A Place at the Beach is family friendly and family fun, you won't be disappointed. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, waterslide, hot tubs, tennis court etc

    Two cars max per unit at the resort. You will only be provided with two parking passes. Plan accordingly.

This was our second time staying in this particular unit, and we love it! Hands down the best condo we’ve stayed in at Place At The Beach. The owner is also very quick to respond to any questions.

Great Spring Break trip!

This condo was perfect for a getaway for Spring Break. It's a very comfortable unit; we appreciated how close it was to the amenities and boardwalk.

Large time was had by all

Everyone had a great time, condo was wonderful, staff was exceptional, amenities were lots of fun for all ages, weather was great. and of course the beach was terrific.

Perfect location within a great facility! Smooth check in. We appreciated having some beach chairs to use with our sunshade. All the beds were comfortable with the exception of the sofa bed, but we rarely find one that is. The sofa could use a good shampoo or a slip cover, but not a deal breaker. Otherwise, very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful weekend

The property was beautiful and the place was decorated nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only trouble we had was with wifi.

Home away from Home

Condo was perfect for a week at the beach. Amenities were plentiful, location to beach and both pools were awesome!! Communication with owner was always quick, and friendly. We would definitely stay in this condo again! Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Great Rental!

This was one of my favorite rentals at APATB. With bringing two young children, we really liked being so close to the pools and boardwalk. The condo has a great porch view over the pool, but close enough to hear the waves all day. We really appreciate how clean, comfortable, and well stocked the rental was. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful place at the beach

The condo was so bright and beautifully decorated. It cost a little more than some others, but was worth it. The place is so much fun and a great view of the grounds from the condo. Can’t help but have a wonderful time

Great location and amenities

We had a girls weekend for a friends birthday. The easy access to the beach made morning walks on the beach possible. We enjoyed the pool with slide. The condo was clean and well equipped.

Fantastic place!

This was our 10th year at APATB but our second in this unit. We used to bounce around but this is the only place i want to stay now. Clean, comfortable, convenient, well-stocked, constant upgrades. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay at Atlantic Beach!!

My niece and grandniece and I had an amazing mini vacation at this Place at the Beach condo!! My 7 year old niece loved the outdoor pool with the slide and so did I! The view was enjoyed by all on the balcony overlooking the pool. It was a short walk to the beach with a beach wagon that was provided for use. The place had everything that we needed to make our stay exceptional. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you!

Another great stay!

Our 2nd time staying at this condo and there will be a 3rd! Love all the amenities at the resort…we enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub as well as the putt putt. Rained all weekend but the aquarium was a fun adventure for the day. Had one of the best cinnamon buns from the Atlantic Beach Coffee shop! Honestly, this condo is so convenient to access everything…beach, pools, playground, fort Macon, restaurants and Morehead City. The condo itself is very cozy and perfect for our family of four!
