At 34 North Vacations, we believe vacation rentals should feel like a true home away from home. Our properties are thoughtfully prepared, well-stocked, and designed for real stays—not bare-bones rentals.

Unlike many vacation rentals that provide only starter supplies, we've taken care of the details for you. All linens are provided for your stay, and you'll find full-size guest amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We've also stocked the home with beach chairs, a beach wagon, and the everyday essentials that make travel easier.

Our goal is simple: arrive, unpack, and start enjoying your vacation without worrying about making a stop at the store for basic necessities. We focus on quality over quantity, creating a more comfortable, seamless experience from booking to check-out.

Conveniently located in Atlantic Beach, you're within walking distance of Island Grille and only minutes from local favorites including Amos Mosquito's, Oceana Pier, The Circle, beach shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment.

THE HOME

Twin Tides Low offers comfortable coastal living with everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The spacious front porch provides the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book in the afternoon breeze, or unwind after a day by the water.

Inside you'll find a comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and sleeping arrangements designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. While the kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation, please note that this home does not have a dishwasher.

As Twin Tides Low occupies the first floor of a duplex, guests may occasionally hear normal footstep or living noise from the upstairs unit.

Twin Tides Low and Twin Tides High can be rented together to accommodate up to 12 guests across the entire duplex. This unique setup is ideal for extended families, multiple families vacationing together, reunions, wedding groups, fishing trips, and friends traveling together.

Enjoy the convenience of being together while still having the privacy of separate living spaces. When rented together, guests have access to two kitchens, two living areas, two bathrooms, two large front porches, the shared backyard and patio spaces, and all the comforts of a larger coastal retreat.

Whether you're planning a family beach vacation, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for extra space, renting both sides of Twin Tides offers the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy just steps from the beach.

BOOKING POLICIES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION & PET POLICY

To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, please review the following prior to booking:

• A signed vacation rental agreement and valid government-issued photo ID are required within 48 hours of booking.

• Reservations are subject to the selected cancellation policy and will be strictly enforced. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment and will be offered after booking.

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests per unit.

• A refundable damage deposit is required.

• Twin Tides welcomes up to two dogs per unit with prior host approval. All pets must be disclosed before booking and are subject to approval, house rules, and a $199 pet fee per pet. Unauthorized pets are not permitted.

• Please contact us prior to booking if you plan to bring a pet so we can confirm eligibility and answer any questions.

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book and must be present for the duration of the stay.

• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home or on the decks or shared spaces.

• No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted.

• Guests are responsible for following all local ordinances, noise regulations, and community rules during their stay.
