    🏡 Welcome to your next shore getaway! Our home is carefully curated and professionally managed & cleaned, designed to ensure a memorable stay, creating a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and relaxation.

    Primary Suite – Features a king bed, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
    Guest Bedroom – Includes a queen bed.
    Guest Bedroom – Great for kids or extra guests with a full bed and a full bed pull out trundle.

    Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also included.
    All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!
    This home is equipped with central heating & air.

    Guest Access:
    You will have access to the entire condominium, encompassing the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the open-concept living and dining areas, along with a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy the private back deck, which features a hot tub and an outdoor dining set. For your convenience, beach gear is also provided, including beach tags, chairs, and towels. Please be aware that the storage shed is shared with the upstairs unit.

Within easy walking distance, you'll find a variety of dining options, from family-friendly restaurants to local favorites, including options for seafood, Italian, and American cuisine. Explore the quaint streets lined with charming homes and discover the unique character of this historic neighborhood, known for its friendly atmosphere and beautiful architecture. The condo is also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and towns. Whether you're craving a delicious meal, a shopping spree, or simply a relaxing day at the beach, our location puts it all within easy reach, offering a perfect base for your vacation or getaway.

    Getting Around:
    Getting around Ventnor City and beyond is easy! You'll find ample free street parking right outside the condo, making it convenient for those with vehicles. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 15-minute drive away, offering a straightforward arrival option. Public transportation options are also available, with bus stops located within walking distance, providing convenient access to nearby towns like Margate and Longport, as well as attractions along the Jersey Shore. Consider using ride-sharing services such as Uber or Lyft for quick trips around the area, especially during peak season. Explore the Jersey Shore with ease from our centrally located condo, allowing you to easily access beaches, restaurants, and entertainment.

    Other Things to Note:
    GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.

    PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. If you have a service animal, we kindly ask that you book one of our pet friendly listings.

    SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.

    QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.

    NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
