This was our second time renting this beautiful vacation home. The house and location was perfect for our family, especially the handicapped entrance to the beach across the street. The provided bed linens, bath towels, beach chairs and cabanas were an added bonus.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE

The stay was beautiful the rooms were filled with fresh towels and wash cloths. The rooms were spotless as well as the bathrooms. The elevator was also such a great addition the house and helped us bring up crates of food, the two dishwashers and two refrigerators were also a great addition. Overall the stay was perfect would definitely recommend

Great property for a large group

This was our ever-growing family’s second year celebrating Thanksgiving at this home. The listing photos are very accurate. The house is very clean, well equipped for entertaining and can accommodate 16-20 people. The owner and property manager are very responsive. Great care was obviously given to the design and comfort of this home including breathtaking ocean front views from every floor. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home

We booked this house for our wedding weekend and could not have asked for a better place to stay with our friends and family. Everything about it was fantastic. The view is absolutely incredible. The house was clean and communication was easy with both the owner and property manager. Everyone loved it!

Great family experience

The house, location, and amenities were all wonderful. Amos went above and beyond to accommodate our party with an age range from 9 months to 90 years! He very quickly responded to all of our queries and made sure we knew what to expect. We appreciated how well the house, and especially the kitchen was stocked.

This house is what dreams are made of

Our multi-generational family (ages 3-70) had the time of our lives at this house. I’ve been dreaming of staying at a beachfront house for years and this house checked all the boxes and more. Location is peaceful and super convenient (especially for bio breaks when spending the day at the beach right across the street). There’s a beach gear garage filled with beach chairs, toys, a huge tent, umbrellas, wagons, etc. I also can’t say enough about how well-equipped the house is. Super kid friendly with plenty of toys in the den, 2 high chairs if you have babies, a kitchen drawer full of kids cups/plates/bowls/utensils, and even a baby gate (which we didn’t need). Balconies on every floor allowed for plenty of opportunities to enjoy the ocean sounds/breeze/view. With our large group, we never knew how helpful it would be to have 2 fridges and an extra large sink with 2 faucets when making big meals for 10+ people. The kitchen was so well stocked with all the high end appliances. Elevator was great for sending up groceries & luggage. An added bonus was having 2 sets of washers & dryers, really coming in handy at the end of each day. Everything functioned well (which isn’t always the case with rental homes). It does not go unnoticed that the house was designed and furnished with the utmost attention to detail. We loved every minute spent in this house and are already talking about going back next year.

Great place for extended family to vacation together!

My brothers and sisters and I grew up going to NJ for beach vacations in the 80s and 90s. Now, we have children ranging from 2 months up to 15 years old, and aging parents, and this house was the perfect spot for us to get together. The house was very well equipped, from the kitchen, to the beds, to the beach gear. The elevator and proximity to the accessible beach entrance made the trip one everyone could enjoy. Would rent it again!

Lovely Home for 3 generations

Beautiful property across the street from the beach. So helpful to have beach chairs/wagons/toys/umbrella/canopy. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. We so enjoyed the dining table that accommodated the whole family. The views of the water are breathtaking from all the floors. Our grandchildren enjoyed the playroom on the 3rd floor. Brigantine has plenty of restaurants and a nearby grocery store. Great communication with owner and property manager.

Perfect beach rental

What an incredible house for our family beach vacation! We loved the decor and all of the amenities. The kitchen worked out great with the two refrigerators and dishwashers. The location was perfect, especially the the handicap accessibility to the beach.

Biz Planning Retreat

The layout of the 3rd floor was a perfect layout for team planning discussions around long table. Plenty of space for flip charts and breakout discussions. Great natural light and views of the ocean. Very short drive/Uber to AC for dinner. Excellent!!

One of a Kind Beach House

Over the years we have rented many beachfront homes up and down the East coast from Maine to Florida but never encountered one as thoughtfully designed, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated as this beachfront Brigantine home. From the smart lock entry, the elevator providing easy loading and unloading, the top-of-the-line appliances times 2, the spacious, well-appointed sleeping accommodations (loved the clean sheets already on the beds and fresh towels in the bathrooms) to the ocean filled views of the pristine 3rd floor living area - this house has it all. Three generations of our family had a wonderful vacation with everything one could need or use at the beach. I can't say enough about our communication with Amos, the owner, who was gracious, attentive, and incredibly responsive to our every inquiry and concern. We would definitely recommend this house - it is a 10/10!

Best Vacation Ever

Arriving at this house was like a scene from a movie. Everyone from my father in law to my husband and kids were all immediately impressed. From the four car driveway (2 spots covered) and the fully enclosed shower space (picture a screened in porch with double shower, sink and benches) to the amazing bedroom suites and breathtaking top floor kitchen/dining/living space, the layout of this house was perfection. The beach access was conveniently across the street, the elevator made getting bags and groceries upstairs super easy, and the views from porches were like a dream come true. The owners were easy to work with and the decor, amenities, and well appointed kitchen made this our favorite vacation ever! This mom’s favorite part? The double washer and dryer with folding table facing the ocean. ☺️ Highly recommend this property to anyone, but especially multi generational families who want a trip to remember. Thank you Amos and family! We appreciate the opportunity to make memories in your home.

Great Experience

Spent the long weekend at the house for new year's eve with family and friends. The house was very clean, well appointed, and exactly as described in the posting. We were a group of 16 - 6 adults and 10 children, and it was the perfect set up for us and we were all extremely comfortable. The owner was very responsive throughout the entire process. Would definitely look to come back again in the future.

Gorgeous house. Great customer service. Perfect location.

At short notice, our original Thanksgiving plans fell thru, and we were in need of a home that was suitable for our large family of 20. We all agreed that we were extremely fortunate with the way things worked out—We had an incredible stay here for the long weekend! This beautiful, newly built home had very ample space and everything we needed to celebrate the holiday together. The home was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was very well-stocked with everything we needed, and the home offered the most picturesque views of sunsets and sunrises!! We were directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance to some restaurants and stores. Many thanks to our host, Amos, for his responsiveness, attentivieness and for making us feel welcome!
