Overall not a bad place to stay. They allowed my pet without any issues and I was grateful for that. Check in was easy, so was getting my car registered for free parking in the air garage. Noise was not terrible, but could hear some people in other units partying from time to time. Unit was clean and decent, had some defects and worn furniture but nothing to really complain about. Bathroom was spacious and shower/tub was great. Kitchen was small but it had the essentials needed to cook and clean up. View from my window was not great, it overlooked the entrance circle to the Showboat and the parking garage. You could see ocean by looking to the side and around the Hard Rock buildings. Laundry as the end of the hallways was nice and convenient. The only thing that was lacking was communication between myself and the host. I wanted to extend my stay and asked about that right away. I was told that the unit was available, it would be looked into and I would hear back from Cozy Suites. Days went by without word so after 3 days I again asked about extending my stay. I received a message back stating that I couldn’t extend my stay because the unit was rented out to someone else. It was available when I initially asked but because it took them so long to get back to me, it was rented out to another person. I am in the process of moving to AC and cozy suites could have had my business for and extended period of time, but they showed me that their customer service skill are lacking
