The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, Smart TV, and dresser, providing another peaceful place to unwind after a day at the beach. The third bedroom is ideal for families or groups, featuring three twin beds, dressers, and a TV, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out.

There are two full bathrooms, both featuring spacious walk in showers, making it easy for everyone to get ready before heading out or rinse off after a day at the beach. Fresh towels and essential starter toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Guests will have private access to the entire Unit A apartment during their stay. This includes all living spaces, the fully equipped kitchen, all three bedrooms, the bathroom, and the in unit washer and dryer.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a mixed use building with a local breakfast café occupying the commercial space on the first floor, and one additional residential unit. You`ll have your own private apartment, and the only common space is a shared entry stairway.

A popular local breakfast café is conveniently located on the first floor of the building, making it easy to grab coffee or breakfast before heading out for the day. Whether you`re planning a relaxing beach vacation or an adventure filled family getaway, you`ll be perfectly situated to enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer.

Ocean City is easy to explore on foot or by bike. The beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and family attractions are all within walking distance. Free street parking is available nearby, making it easy to park your car and enjoy the area without driving.

PARKING: There is no dedicated onsite parking. Free street parking is available throughout the surrounding neighborhood, and Ocean City also offers several public parking lots nearby.

TVs: There are Smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime Video, Disney+, and Netflix with your own credentials. There is no cable.

STAIRS: This apartment is located on the second floor and requires two flights of stairs to access. There is no elevator.

SHARED SPACES or MULTI UNIT BLDG: This apartment is located on the second floor of a mixed use building. The first floor is occupied by a local breakfast café, there is one additional residential unit as well. Your apartment is completely private, there are no shared indoor living spaces or outdoor amenities. The only common space is a shared entry stairway.

PETS: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. No exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.

HVAC: This home features central heating and central air conditioning. The thermostat is located in the kitchen to the left of the oven.

LAUNDRY: A private washer and dryer are located just off the primary ensuite bathroom, making it easy to keep beach towels and vacation clothes fresh throughout your stay.

BEACH TAGS: Seven complimentary beach tags are provided for your stay. Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of any lost or damaged beach tags.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
