This is my second stay at this location I’m very happy with the management and staff there very friendly and helpful and it close to ocean city boardwalk and I’ll stay there again and the owner keeps the rooms and property clean I highly recommend this motel

The staff was very friendly. Especially the property manager and his wife we very kind. They told us about events going on and if we needed anything they were right there. The room was clean and we had no issues.

Excellent customer service

During my stay at budget I met the manager and one of the employees there and to my surprize the met me with open arms with plenty of information about the best places to go and shop and also eat.they also they also showed a lot of concern about me being comfort in my room and if I neede anything don't be afraid ,so as a whole I was completly satisfied with my stay and will be returning next year when I come back to king pin bowlng Lanes where I bowled in their tounamet, Thanks again Eugene Cotton

The electrical socket didn't work to charge my phone had to check every one to find one that worked. TV wouldn't turn on. There is hardly anyone working there. Bed very uncomfortable. We won't be going back.

Pleasant stay

Use to stay in the past before renovation and was pleased with the changes that were made. Love the changes to the floors and the bathroom. John and Destiny were very helpful and accommodating. The only suggestion that I have is to put a mirror in the bedroom so you can do your make-up out there if someone is using the restroom. I would recommend staying here was a pleasant stay.

I had no issues with this motel. It's named "Budget" so you know it's not fancy. However, Destiny at the front desk was very pleasant and my room was clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay. If you're looking for a lot of bells and whistles, you won't find them here. But if no frills at a good price is your thing, I think you'll be satisfied.

This place is not for families at all!!! There were some suspicious activites going on. Thankfully our children did not notice anything at all and missed crazy things going on. I was not happy with the manger and talked to rudely and not like a customer at all!

Expensive for a bare bones room. There was no safety deadbolt. There was no alarm clock, coffee pot or hair dryer. Room was freshly remodeled and smelled fine. Water was hot and clean. The cheapest mattress on earth was wrapped in plastic so no bed bugs but every time you moved you woke up. One very thin sheet that upon arrival we found two hairs. No extra blanket or way to adjust the heat however heat was nice on a 20 degree night. Cost high for bare bones.

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I arrived just 30 minutes before my booking time and mind you I live and 1hr and 30mins from the hotel. To add to the inconvenience, I was informed that my room isn’t ready until 2:15pm & I couldn’t park in the open parking lot and was directed to find parking elsewhere. When I unknowingly parked in a resident’s space, the manager’s wife appeared visibly upset and asked me to return at 2:15 PM, even though Expedia had confirmed a check-in time of 2 PM. I eventually received my room at 2:20 PM. When I mentioned the delays and inconvenience, the manager’s wife dismissively responded, “You can’t expect everything to go your way,” and continued muttering under her breath. Her lack of professionalism was astonishing. To make matters worse, the room itself was subpar. The pillows were not only uncomfortable but also had hair on them that resembled pubic hair, and they smelled as if they hadn’t been washed in weeks. The entire room was dusty, and the blankets were stiff and uncomfortable. After check out I wasn’t even met, they had told me leave the keys in their mailbox which is unsafe. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.

It's a no frills budget inn. We stayed one night. For the money, probably should have done AC hotel but we wanted to be close to OC. People have different expectations but be assured this is a budget inn.

Everything was great! My only issue was a lack of outlets. There was just one accessible in the room, none in the bathroom at all. Otherwise, it was clean and would stay here again.

The owners checked us in and they could not have been more accommodating. This is an IDEAL shore point base at a reasonable price for sleep, shower and relaxation. Would stay here again!

WiFi does not work. Shows two bars but couldn’t even load a google page for a week. Had to go to Starbucks to use internet. Not even able to hotspot from my phone because only one bar service at motel. Bed was so loud because of the plastic covering the mattress. Like sleeping on potato chip bags. No fitted sheet only two flat sheets and a mattress protector. Staff was friendly so that was the only thing that made our week long stay tolerable. Motel is undergoing renovations so hope it improves, but I’m not willing to stay there again due to the annoying bed and no internet.

The budget stay

The hotel was ok. Ok for a one night stay over. There was no closet and the bar they had to hang clothes, did have hangers. Bed was hard. No outlet in the bathroom. Manager was nice.
