Get ready for your Atlantic City retreat in a home that provides comfort, style and a trendy vibe. Located in the Inlet neighborhood of Atlantic City, a very short walk to the boardwalk which overlooks the nearing town of Brigantine, close to the beach, a few blocks from the Historic Gardner’s Basin, North Beach Mini Golf, the Absecon Lighthouse and just a few minute drive to the the casinos and all the action of Atlantic City!
The home has been designed with modish décor to make you really set into a chic “getaway mode”. With tasteful details and an array of natural light, this space is a perfect location for a family or group to soak up all the best that Atlantic City has to offer.
LIVING ROOM: The main level has a large size living room with a large TV (There is no cable for the TV's, only streaming apps), a sleeper sofa and additional seating.
KITCHEN: The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities needed to prepare a meal. There is a dining table to seat 6.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: -There are 3 bedrooms. -Each bedroom is tastefully designed and includes cozy bed linens and closets for storage.
BEDROOM 1- 1 Queen Sized bed, and a single sleeper with a single trundle roll out. This room has water views from the back of the house.
BEDROOM 2 - 1 Queen Sized bed
BEDROOM 3- 1 Queen Sized bed, Twin Sized bed. This bedroom has slider doors to the balcony at the front of the house.

ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. -This is an attached property, so there is another attached residence to the right. -Please note that there are stairs to enter the home in the front, stairs to the second level kitchen/bathroom and stairs to the top floor bedrooms. -Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
KEYLESS ENTRY: -Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING: -There is a driveway at this property for 1 vehicle at the back of the home. You may take the side walkway from the back to the front of the home to access. -There is also free street parking in front of the home where available. -The garage cannot be used for parking, and you can not park on the street in the back of the house. -Please be advised that since the property is close to the beach, there may be a lot of beachgoers on the block and within the vicinity at times. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. -We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
MAIL: -Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property. -If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options. -We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.
ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES: -Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.
HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS: At "Chic Haven", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.
CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
AMENITIES: -WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety. -Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided. -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out. -No laundry detergent is provided. -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.
RESERVATION/CANCELLATION NOTES: -If your dates are booked, please ask about our other listings. -Changing reservation dates or guest quantity may incur additional fees. -Rates/prices subject to change based on reservation adjustments. -Cancellation policy WILL apply if reservation is cancelled. Please review before booking. -VRBO Trip Protection suggested for added coverage. -After booking, guests will receive a secure link to complete a rental agreement and guest verification through our third-party guest portal. This should be completed prior to check-in to avoid delays
OTHER DETAILS: -Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures. -Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided. -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.

HOUSE RULES BOOKING and GUESTS Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration. Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance). CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls. Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items. SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations. No open flames, candles, or wax. Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials. SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY Lock doors and windows when leaving. Missing or damaged items will be charged: Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20 We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated. AMENITIES and SUPPLIES Basic essentials are provided. Once they run out, guests must purchase additional supplies. One bath towel per guest is provided. Request extras before check-in.
