    Located in Ventnor City’s peaceful North Beach, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse offers a modern coastal escape just two blocks from the beach. Enjoy stylish interiors, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and three private balconies perfect for relaxing. Additional amenities include Smart TVs throughout, a wet bar for entertaining, and an outdoor shower for sandy returns.

    🏡 Welcome to your next shore getaway! Our home is carefully curated and professionally managed & cleaned, designed to ensure a memorable stay, creating a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and relaxation.

    Primary Suite – Features a king bed, private balcony, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

    Guest Bedroom – Includes a queen bed.

    Bunk Room – Great for kids or extra guests with twin-over-twin and bunk beds with a twin trundle, plus a separate full bed.

    Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

    All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

    This home is equipped with central heating & air throughout the house.



    🚗 Parking

    One off-street driveway parking space for + 2 parking passes for free street parking in the neighborhood.

    Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

    Quiet and Tranquil Atmosphere: Unlike some of the busier areas in Ventnor City, North Beach boasts a quieter and more tranquil atmosphere, making it perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here, you can truly unwind and enjoy the serenity of the shore.



    Getting Around:

    Getting around is easy! Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available, providing convenient transportation options. In addition, you're within walking distance of the beach, allowing for leisurely strolls and easy access to the shore. Many local attractions are also nearby, offering opportunities for exploration and entertainment. For those who prefer to drive, free parking is available both on the premises, ensuring convenience, and on the street, providing additional options.



    Other Things to Note:

    GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



    PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. If you have a service animal, we kindly ask that you book one of our pet friendly listings.



    SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.



    QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



    NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.

Home away from Home. Very clean, all you could possibly need (food seasonings as well). Beds were so comfortable. Definitely recommend 10/10.

This is the most lovely and well-appointed rental I've ever had down the shore. The home is new, clean, and beautiful. Everything you could ever need is provided. The decor is beachy but tasteful and the home is spotless. Beds and couch are extremely comfortable, too! John was super communicatave and made the process simple and the experience great. We're already dreaming about our next trip!

Great Stay in Ventnor

This is an ideal new 3 bedroom house just a short 2 blocks from the beach that takes you to 5000 Boardwalk. There are 2 and a half baths, not 3 full, but easy to manage. Bedrooms and living spaces are large. Appliances are all new. Washer and dryer are loud so don’t run overnight. Chairs and beach wagon in the garage. Parking in driveway. One bedroom on the third floor, two on second and main living area and kitchen on the first. Balconies on every floor. Wonderful spot for family vacation. Close to AC, but easy access off the island as well via Dorset Avenue. Internet tv. I highly recommend this property!
