Great Location and Attentive Host

Stayed here with my family which included 4 young kids. Location was perfect with proximity to the beach/sea wall. We prefer the North End of Brigantine because it is quieter but that does mean, outside of Pirates Den, other stores and restaurants aren’t easily walkable (with small kids, anyway). The house was more than enough space for us. Having all bath, bed, and beach linens provided was a HUGE plus. The place was extremely clean and well stocked. Allen was a very communicative host who provided clear instructions for check in/check out and plenty of information about things to do while in Brigantine. He’s easy to talk to and clearly available should anything come up. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for a big family!

Absolutely perfect beach house for 3 adult couples and 2 kids! Loved the location and the fact that each family had their own bathroom. Top floor master with the rooftop deck was awesome! Allen was very easy to work with and called us a few days before our stay to see if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

Went for a quick two days and loved it. Had everything we needed - did not need to pack Beach chairs, linens, towels, TP, beach cart, or boogie boards. Was not difficult to get to the beach even though you have to go over the sea wall. Check in and check out was easy too!

Great experience and host

Came down for a long weekend for a dance convention. Allen was so communicative and checked in throughout our stay. Very professional and helpful. The house was spotless. Though our schedule (and the weather) didn’t allow for us to enjoy the beach, the location is great — quiet and easy beach access.

Great House! Great Owner!

Great House! Great owner! The host keeps the line of communication open. Just ask and they will respond. As for the house itself, my family loved it. 3 floors, the bedrooms being on all floors suited us well. The house was fully stocked, which was really appreciated. Overall, great vacation. will be back again.

Location Location Location

The host for this property was outstanding. He made me and my friends feel very welcomed from the moment we booked, during the course of the weekend and when we departed. The house is in the perfect location, right by the beach and not too far from the action of Atlantic City. I absolutely recommend this property and I will definitely be back anytime I visit the jersey shores!

Great location, awesome roof

We loved the location - so close to the beach! The outdoor shower and hose was so convenient. All the bedrooms were very spacious and comfy. The host was so knowledgeable about the area and provided wonderful recommendations for things to do and eat!

Brigantine Townhouse

This property was immaculate. The owner generously supplies not only linens and towels but paper goods i.e. paper towels, toilet paper and food wraps/storage bags! What a tremendous help when shopping for the week! Allen is a lovely man who is very responsive to any need/question. Highly recommend.

Awesome stay

We really enjoyed our time at the house. The property was one of the easiest rentals I’ve ever been to. All linens supplied, not much required at checkout and beautiful views and location. Allen was incredibly responsive when I asked him questions or needed something! Highly recommend

Great Host, Great Home

I would recommend Allen as a host and his home to anyone wanting a luxurious getaway in a location only miles away from Atlantic City (and a block away from the beach). Allen has been the best host I’ve ever had in any rental home and he goes above and beyond to connect with you and give you the resources you need to ensure you take advantage of all the area has to offer.

Great Location!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Tradewinds". The house itself was very clean and comfortable. The best part of the property was definitely the location. The beach was a very short walk and uncrowded. Also, The Pirates Den was a great place for either breakfast, lunch or dinner - also a short walk. It was very reasonably priced, and a perfect option when no one felt like cooking after a long and busy day. The children (5 and 7) tired themselves out playing at the beach, and were happy to settle down in the bunk room each night. We had a couple of "special family reunion" dinners in Atlantic City at Docks and PF Chang's -- and those who wanted a break from the beach, were able to enjoy some time in the Casinos. All-in-all, everyone in the family - from ages 5 to 78 - enjoyed our two week stay and would definitely consider staying at "Tradewinds" again.

Great location, property, and owner

The owner made sure we had all questions answered in advance of our stay. They had several nice touches to make our stay comfortable. A short walk to the clean and sandy beach, quick Lyft ride to AC, and that roof top space for morning coffee - loved it!

Attentive host, lots of amenities, great location

Allen was an incredibly attentive host, offering all sorts of information, flexibility, and availability for any issues (which there were none). The house was fully stocked with anything we could need, even providing some starter fruit, drinks, and coffee. The beach supplies were also very helpful in terms of not having to pack those things. The house itself had tons of outdoor spaces between decks and patios and the location can't be beat (half block from the beach with an ocean view). We had plenty of space for our family of four...the house seems ideal for 2 families of 4. The only downside is that you're more than a mile from most restaurants, so it's not great for quick walkability, but on the plus side, you're so far north that the beach and neighborhood is not that crowded. Would definitely stay again!

Great summer getaway

We couldn’t have asked for a better week away down the shore the house had everything we could ask for with 4 small kids. And it came with so much stuff to make it easier on our packing. And the owner, Allen was on top of everything... answering questions, making us feel comfortable, etc. Us adults took turns each night enjoying the different balconies hearing the ocean and relaxing. And my daughter is now addicted to their really nice boogie boards. Haha
