The master suite boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, two comfy loungers, a 65` smart TV, and a desk with desk chair, lamp, and plenty of nearby outlets. The kids room hosts 3 twin beds, and plenty of clothes storage. The second of two bathrooms is just outside these bedrooms. It features a double vanity, tiled floors, and a glass enclosed shower with tiled surround.

Outdoor Space:

Step outside and discover your own private oasis, where relaxation and entertainment await. The spacious patio is complete with a teak breakfast table and padded wicker loungers. You can get a glimpse of the beach and ocean right from the front patio! Just outside the rear of the kitchen, on the back patio you`ll find a gas BBQ. On the ground level on the side of the home is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sand.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
