Off the kitchen, you’ll find a side by side washer and dryer, along with a full bathroom conveniently located across the hall.
While the main level has been recently updated, the upper floors maintain the home’s original character, styled to feel comfortable and welcoming. The first upper level includes four bedrooms and a full bathroom with a fun retro pink design. The primary bedroom features a king bed, two closets, dresser, and TV. Two additional bedrooms offer queen beds with closets and dressers, and one includes a private balcony. The fourth bedroom provides a cozy setup with additional storage.
The top floor offers two additional bedrooms, each with three twin beds and TVs, along with a third full bathroom nearby.

Transit: The area is very walkable and bike-friendly, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and public transportation is accessible as well.
Listing Notes: PARKING: Two parking passes are provided for 24/7 free street parking nearby the house. The driveway in front of the home is too short to fit a vehicle, however, we make our best efforts to keep the space in front of the driveway clear, offering one dedicated street parking space.
TVs: There are TV`s in the living room and several bedrooms. All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.
MULIT UNIT BLDG: Like many other homes in the Ventnor area, this home is a duplex. This is the upstairs unit (main part of the home), we rent and manage the downstairs unit as well. None of this units spaces, entrances, or amenities are shared with the other unit.
STAIRS: Approx 8 stairs required to access the 1st floor, 10-12 stairs required to reach the 2nd floor
HVAC: The home is heated via a central forced air furnace controlled by a wall mounted thermostat, the home is cooled via window mounted air conditioning units in every room.
Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments. The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time. - Absolutely no parties or events. - No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee. - No drugs - No underage consumption of alcohol - No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels. - Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM. - No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host. - No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls. - No Candles, wax or open flames. - Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. - Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
