Fantastic loft condo near the boardwalk

The condo is totally awesome! Love the huge skylight in the bedroom and the big front windows. Very tastefully decorated and a great layout. The renovation retained a bit of the industrial feel of the building while creating a beautiful, clean, and spacious space. Nicely done!The neighborhood was surprisingly nice (I think the university has helped this part of town a lot!) and secure parking in the garage across the street was nice since we brought a convertible.Would definitely stay again!

Great Space and Comfortable Loft

Our stay was wonderful and adventurous ! The loft is a beautiful space as presented on listing! Great location to the beach and eateries! Very clean and comfortable - sauna and message chair was wonderfully relaxing! It was a completely renovated apartment! Loved it! Coffee shop was a plus! The Beat…Nice people!

Enjoyed our stay!

Apartment is beautiful! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Knife and Fork Inn is a must for happy hour! Plenty of room in the apartment for my partner to work and for me to relax. Bring eye masks if sensitive to light while sleeping. Enjoyed the jetted tub and massage chair.

Fantastic South Atlantic City beach

Great apartment in a perfect location south of the casinos and psychic readings and north of residential Ventnor. Clean and well appointed with in unit sauna, laundry, soak tub and beach chairs, plus full kitchen. If I come back to Atlantic City, I’ll stay here again

Reasonable location relative to beach. . Area /-. . 20 stair walkup. . Pleasant interior. . Noisy front (street) half, very quiet rear half. . All appliances, etc worked. . Water leaks experienced on kitchen floor at least twice- source unknown. . Very noisy A/C units, that kept us up at night. . You will Not sleep late here, as there is a sky window (that can't be covered) that lets the morning light in. . The water in the shower (once it warms up) Does leave one feeling clean. .

Beautiful stay

The online pictures and description do not accurately depict this home. It is so much more beautiful in person. Everything was spotless. Loved the decor. Loved the sauna, massage chair and jet tub. It was a great location to the beach and boardwalk, a block away. Great cafe below. Modern new feel. Would highly recommend this stay. I was even able to get a peak at the other 2 newly renovated units which are just as perfect!

Great Location

This listing was exactly as pictured, modern, comfortable, and spacious. We did not use the sauna but the massage chair was a nice treat. Great location only a block away from the boardwalk. The property manager was very responsive from the time I made the reservation through checkout. We would definitely book again.

Property is literally one block from the beach. It was so easy to step out the front door, cross the street & head up the boardwalk. Nicely located next door to a breakfast spot. The property interior is very clean & comfortable.

Perfect beach getaway

This property is exactly as its name implies, a “Chic Modern Loft Steps To The Beach” but I would add that it was spacious, quiet, light-filled by way of the skylights and floor to ceiling windows with all the comforts of a well appointed home. Everything was immaculate and clean when we arrived. There was plenty of room to relax with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, two bathrooms and a large bedroom with a couch facing a flat screen tv, desk area and a kingsize bed that was beyond comfortable. The space had everything we needed for our 8 day stay and the washer/dryer was definitely an added bonus. The loft is one short block from the front door to the beach which is beautifully serene and well-maintained with a wide expanse of clean, firm sand offering the perfect conditions for a morning run or meditative barefoot walk along the shoreline. We found many nice places to eat a few blocks away and even more choices via a quick car ride. A stroll on the boardwalk will take you to the Tropicana Casino Resort and all the boardwalk activity that Atlantic City is known for. One evening, we took a scenic drive to Ocean City along the coastline for dinner but after exploring the area, we much preferred the less populated serenity of the expansive beach by the loft. We enjoyed our stay and John, the host, was gracious and very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. It was an A+ experience and we definitely plan to come back soon.

Cool spot

We were in town for a music festival in Atlantic City and this was a great place to stay. It’s not right next to the casinos but a short walk/ride away. Inside is beautiful. The master bedroom has its own living area which made it very comfortable for two couples to stay for a long weekend.
