A block and a half from the beach, the location is ideal because it’s in close proximity to it as well as many restaurants and shops in the heart of Brigantine. A pleasant stay, well kept condo and the owners invest and take great care of their property. They communicate well and often and look out for your best interest during your stay. Me and my fiancé love staying here!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here -- so much that we ended up extending our trip by an extra night! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to my last-minute inquiry. We got lucky it wasn't rented that night, and they made it very easy to submit payment for another night.It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The kitchen is spacious and had everything I needed to cook. I appreciated all the amenities, like bath products, soap, paper towels, etc. It made it easy to start our vacation before getting to the store. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony off the bedroom to get fresh air at any time and hear the beach sounds!Location is great! You can't beat the one-block walk to the beach and being close to everything downtown. Yet it is still a quiet condo building. The unit's parking spot is very convenient for packing and unpacking. The area is very nice. Can't wait to stay again sometime soon!

Great beach condo

One block to the beach. Convenient to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, and shops. Nice amenities w outdoor shower, beach cart, beach chairs etc. Quiet, family friendly complex. Parking right next to front door. The hosts were great! We loved our 5 nights. Thank you.

Great family time at the beach !

We had such a wonderful vacation...The house was perfect for us 3 (2 adults and a 4 y.o.)...very well situated (a block from the beach and near shops ans restaurants). Everything was as described on the property page. Jill and TJ Mortensen took really good care of their guests...the communication was easy, simple and effective. We couldn't hope for better hosts. We will be back for sure ! Thank you very much.

Very comfortable and so close to everything Our hosts couldn't have been nicer Was so impressed we booked an extra week while we were there Highly recommended ! They had the 3 B's Beach...close by Balcony... my wife was very happy Bunk bed... my granddaughter really enjoyed it

Loved It!

The condo was great--information provided before stay was so thorough. Short walk to the beach. So clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the treat--yummy! Not having to "haul" linens was a really nice change for me! Parking so convenient. Great place and super relaxing weekend! Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, good for small family

My husband and our two young boys stayed for a long weekend and you can not beat the location. Short walk to beach and so many great restaurants made it such a relaxing few days. No need to move the car. You can tell the owners are extremely thoughtful and the house had every little thing you could need.

Stay once and fall in love!

This adorable beach condo was perfect for my solo getaway. I wanted a place in a small community where I could walk to the beach and I loved every minute of it- I was so sad to leave. Jill and TJ are such wonderful hosts, and they cared so much about how my trip was going, it was like I had made new friends. I will definitely rent again!

Cozy weekend in Brigantine

Thank you Tom and Jill for allowing me and my girlfriend to stay at your condo last weekend! We had an amazing time! The condo is spacious and comfortable! Tom and Jill are great w/ communication and gifted us w/ delicious cheesecake! The condo is a block away from the beach and within a block-block and a half of Andres, Yianni’s, Ocean Beverage and Soulberri. If you plan on staying in Brigantine, contact Tom and Jill! You won’t be disappointed!
