Esta es una unidad de dos dormitorios en el segundo piso ubicada en Ocean City. Cuenta con una terraza con parrilla de barbacoa, wifi inalámbrico, aire acondicionado en la habitación, televisión básica por cable. esta unidad se encuentra a una corta caminata hasta el comienzo de Boardwalk, donde se encuentran todas las tiendas y restaurantes. La caminata a la playa nos lleva 5 minutos a paso lento. Las intersecciones que cruzará tienen señales de tránsito que hacen que la caminata sea segura. Si está buscando una estadía limpia y económica en Ocean City, esto es para usted. Tenga en cuenta que este es un apartamento de altura restringida. (Mido 5'11 "y ando bien) solo hacemos alquileres semanales de sábado a sábado.

Weekend beach stay

Perfect cozy 2nd level apartment for a long weekend at the beach. Clean and cozy, walking distance to everything in Ocean City and communication with the unit owner was great.

Great trip!

My family and I stayed here and we had a great trip! We were happy to be able to bring our small dogs because I do not like to board them. Check in was easy, the host Sal was very helpful. The place was cute and clean. The ceilings are low, but no one in our family is super tall so we were okay. I think if you were over 6 ft it may be hard though! The kitchen was well stocked and I enjoyed being able to bbq on the grill. I wish it was a little closer to the beach, however we walked to the beach and boardwalk every day and got our steps in!! Overall a wonderful experience. Thanks!

Fun stay in Ocean City

Sal was a great host who made sure we knew how to check in, what to bring, and that we had everything we needed during our stay. This was a great location, a short walk to the beach, and an easy, fun family trip!

Great stay in Ocean City

My wife, toddler, and dog stayed for 4 days/3 nights for a post-Labor Day getaway. The space is small and as the listing says the ceilings are very low. But, it was a good space with a deck, grill, and is a relatively short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed our weekend.

Nice location

It’s a bit of a walk to the boards and beach but we managed with a 2 year old. It’s about 6 or so blocks from beach and boardwalk. It’s a tiny place but met our needs. I did read reviews about the ceilings before and quickly found out how slanted they were. I probably hit my head at least 10 times. But all in all we had a great time. The owner is great and responsive. If I had to stay again I would.

Avoid

Avoid. Avoid this Unit. Avoid this Owner. The ceiling description is deceptive since the ceilings slope considerably. Your grade school children will bang their head constantly along with adults. If you rent here load up on Advil or wear a helmet. We enjoyed the side deck with only the stars above - not real stars – the stars that we saw from banging our heads repeatedly. The 5 minute walk description is also untrue and deceptive. It is more like 20 minutes. The toilet is on an asymmetrical platform. You need balancing skills like a Cirque du Soleil performer to do your act. The furniture is stained, the front door lock does not work properly, and so on. Once we arrived home, the deceptive Owner tried to upcharge us through a beach tag scheme. We’ve rented through VRBO for years with great experiences and no issues. This is the one and only bad rental experience. Despite the preceding, Ocean City is great. The beach, boardwalk, shops, museum, library, etc. really fun. The people in the town very hospitable and friendly. We’ll be back to Ocean City once our bumps and bruises heal.

Ok if you are shorter than 5’9”

The apartment has low ceilings and the bedrooms are like dormers. Lot of bumped heads even though we are not tall.

Der Aufenthalt in Ocean City war gut. Die Leute sind sehr nett.

Die Wohnung haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Bei Ankunft hat alles bestens geklappt. Der Vermieter wohnt in der Nähe und war wenn man etwas benötigte in wenigen Minuten bei uns.

Wonderful week at the beach!

So thankful to had found and stayed at this property! Convenient to everything - quick walk to the beach, boardwalk, food, and entertainment. The apartment was quaint and cozy - everything we needed! Real nice and perfect for a family of 4 for a week.

Place was awesome. Real clean and perfect for the 4 of us and for the grandparents for 2 night. Sal was awesome. Bay right behind us beach and boardwalk 7 minute walk. No riff raft in the neighborhood. He had crab traps if you wanted to crab. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfy and clean. Foldout couch was a hot too. Already looking forward to next year!

It was a lovely place. close enough to the beach to walk with other great attributes like a park close for children, Wawa and rite aid a block away plus numerous places to eat. Sal is a great person to rent from very helpful and gave great recommendations on nearby places to eat and shop. Definitely will be staying here again.

Tiny Living at the beach

Good location to be able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, playground, bay, etc.. House is very small, but we wanted the tiny living experience!! We were able to park our car for most of the week and just walk everywhere. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!
