  • Alquile 1 unidad o ambas unidades. Cada unidad es:

    Al otro lado de la calle de la playa. 'Sandy'strong; alto y seco. Esta es una casa de tres (3) pisos Story 2400 SF Town que tiene 3 habitaciones (capacidad para 10). Una habitación extra en el 1er piso. 2 1/2 baños y una ducha exterior. Calefacción central y aire acondicionado. Comedor grande y moderno en la cocina con encimeras de granito y piso de baldosas.

    El primer piso tiene una gran sala familiar con televisión 'Big Screen'. El sofá se extiende hacia una cama de matrimonio. Esto lleva al patio trasero.

    El segundo piso cuenta con una sala 'Great Room' que tiene un gran centro de televisión y entretenimiento de 50 'con sistema estéreo Sonos que conduce al balcón # 1. Una cocina moderna con todos los electrodomésticos. 1/2 baño y cuarto de lavado de gran tamaño. Una nueva puerta deslizante.

    El tercer piso cuenta con un amplio dormitorio principal con televisión por cable, vestidor y baño completo. Además de dos habitaciones de buen tamaño, otro baño completo y balcón # 2. El dormitorio número 2 tiene una nueva puerta deslizante que conduce al balcón. La puerta tiene mini persianas internas.

    Patio trasero tiene un patio con muebles, una ducha exterior y barbacoa de gas.

    El garaje está equipado con una caña de pescar, (4) sillas de playa, (2) sombrillas, (1) vagón, (2) bicicletas y (4) insignias de playa. \ Y un refrigerador para hacer hielo

Excellent location and plenty of space for 2 families. We used the 2nd living room as a “kids zone” and they loved it. Wayne was very communicative.

Great rental

Had a great stay. The house was mere steps away from the beach, and just as the pictures showed. Owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Great stay

close to beach, house and garage clean/well stocked and had everything we needed, outdoor shower and extra fridge in garage were great, owner friendly and responsive, upstairs AC could have worked better though- had a great stay!

Well maintained family beach house in a great location just steps away from the beach

My family (group of 7) and I really enjoyed staying at this beach house in Brigantine. It is conveniently located across the street from the beach and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants , some little shops & a Wawa. The house came with plenty of beach chairs, a beach wagon for your beach gear and 2 bikes. The homeowner is easy to communicate with and responds quickly to any questions you may have. I Would definitely stay here again and plan to go back in the fall.

A great stay in Brigantine!

We all (three generations) had a great time at Wayne's place! The location is hard to beat, and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. A lot of beach houses advertise an "outdoor shower", but this house has an outdoor shower that is actually FUNCTIONAL enough to strip, shower, and soap before going inside. And it's just big enough for mom to go in there with the toddler! A win-win for the guests and property owner alike! Our only trouble was that the downstairs pullout sofa mattress was very stained, but I have faith that Wayne will remedy that, as he was not previously aware. The garage was a big plus and well-stocked with all the beach items you could need. Having an extra fridge doesn't hurt either! I hope this wasn't our last stay at this house (-:

Perfect location for beach relaxation

Location couldn’t be beat, cross the street and you’re at the ocean. It was perfect for our family to come and go to the beach throughout the day. The townhouse was clean and well maintained. Wayne was responsive and gave us good dining recommendations in very family-friendly Brigantine. The kids are already asking to go back!

Brigantine NJ

The place was very nice it was equipped with lots of kitchen utensils and it was nice size for a family of 5, and we loved the location it was rift across the street from the beach and less then a half mile to town. The owner was on top of things and very nice to deal with!

Excellent beach condo in Brigantine!

Excellent beach condo with a great location and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone and great amenities! Wayne is a fantastic host and great to work with! Can't wait to stay here in the future!

School is out—long weekend!

We booked this house with another family to celebrate end of the school year/start of summer. Four adults and four kids stayed very comfortably in the home. The distance to the beach was perfect—and the owner is very kind and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Brigantine Stay

Excellent property in a great location, close to the beach and a number of great restaurants, and easy to get to AC. Place was clean, had plenty of space for the whole group to hang out, and a great backyard patio as well. Ran into the host also, he was easy to get along with and helpful every step of the way.

Awesome beach side property

This condo was great for a nice beach get away. Wayne was a great host and helped us with knowing where the local spots were. There was plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. we would definitely stay here again.

A perfect location

The proximity to the beach was perfect. The beach equipment and toys were greatly appreciated. Foosball in the garage and the outside shower were special treats for our children and grandchildren.

Great location

Just a short 1/2 block walk to the beach. Nice sized rooms. For a retired person it was a lot of stairs. Wayne was great to work with and left us lots of extra beach equipment. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful stay

Great unit and convenient location. Clean and well maintained — everything worked, which is often not the case. Better stocked kitchen than any rental I’ve been to before, and all the beach gear and game room stuff was really nice to have access to. I just wish linens were included. It’s such a pain to haul sheets and towels. Wayne is extremely nice and responsive to any issues that came up. Would definitely go back!

Clean and comfortable beach house

We enjoyed staying in this property. It is close to the beach and was very clean. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc. were great. Our children loved playing foosball in the garage and sitting out on the front balconies!

Perfect location!

My 4 kids and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Super close to the beach, Wawa, restaurants and shops. My boys can’t wait to go back next summer! Wayne and Terri are very gracious owners and we’re available if we needed anyt.

Great vacation house!

The house was great, close to the beach, and very clean. The owner was friendly and helpful. Bikes and foosball table were a nice amenity. We highly recommend!

excellent location

The house was clean and steps from the beach. Lots of amenities (large TVs, central A/C, parking, bbq, games) and the outdoor shower was a plus. Nice working kitchen, especially the filtered water from the refrigerator. The only issue we had was that the house was not well stocked with hand soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent or condiments when prior houses I have rented were. If you stay here be sure to bring all that.

Nice location.

Nice location, good amount of space, very friendly owners. Kitchen could use replenishing of standard items and carpets could use deep cleaning (dog hair/stains).
