The Space:

The amazingly spacious homes uniquely feature six bed & bath suites and five bedrooms sharing three bathrooms. In total the building consists of 11 bedroom, 14 beds (2 king, 8 queen, 2 full, 2 bonus cots), 7 full bath, 4 half bath.



Kids need more space? Use any of the 9 Smart TVs to stream your favorite show. Remote working? We have multiple desks in the bedrooms.

On your way back from the beach, rinse your feet with the outdoor shower and take a break on the back patio conversation seating. The home is complete with a private entrance and back deck for grilling. You will enjoy complete privacy during your stay at the Bartram Beach Tower.

Parking is on-street. We will provide four visitor passes. Additional vehicles can be parked at the Stockton University or Tropicana Casino garages.

Guest Access:

You are renting a two family building. Each home in the building has a kitchen, separate entrance and outdoor spaces.



At the end of the block is our neighborhood Bartram Ave. Park where you can stroll through the farmers market on Sunday's or bring a folding chair to catch a free movie with friends or the family. Our free public beach includes bathrooms and showers for convenience. Walking towards Ventnor offers superb family-oriented parks and recreation. The Lower Chelsea neighborhood is the best kept secret in Atlantic City. It's a low-key high amenity location with access to transportation to everything the city has to offer.



Pets are welcome, no need to leave furry family members behind. We include a welcome kit with your pet fee so that you have the basics covered for the family's best friend.



Other Things to Note:

Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.



We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. To do this, we will ask for your email address outside of the Airbnb platform so we can send the agreement directly to you. Please sign it prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking.

3) The "Ultimate Beach Tower" is a beach block two-family building with 11 brm, 15 bd, 7 full bath, 3 half-bath, ping pong table, foosball table and double outdoor patio space
