“We had the 2 bedroom suite downstairs. Very quiet and comfortable. Perfect for sleeping. Dark and cool. Very clean. Breakfast was nothing the brag about. Store bought danish/mini muffins/bagels/english muffin. Choice of eggs. Didnt see a meat or potato choice. Just eggs cooked your way or Western omlet. First day there was no bread for toasting. Coffee and juice. There was a keurig in the room, so no need to go upstairs until 9 am ehen breakfast is served. Beautiful countryside. I would stay...

“Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out. Rooms are nice and spacious, the outdoors patio and garden are a great opportunity to relax in, but is current quite empty; if they would make this a bit more cosy and welcoming it would be a lot better.”

“Outstanding stay at a historic Frank Furness summer home/mansion built in 1901 with a vintage Steinway piano (that guests are welcome to play!) The owners were very charming, easily reachable, and went above and beyond many times to insure a pleasant visit. “Nice ownership. Room was dark with minimal lighting and 1-2 light outlets. Large TV only good for playing games. Shared bathroom was fine. Continental breakfast minimal. Coffee available any time was a plus.”
