Very nice

This place was very clean and equipped with most stuff you may need. The beds were decently comfy but not the best. The pictures show the water being a little closer to shore out back but its more swampy then it looks. It was a beautiful view though sunset and sunrise where beautiful. The bathroom was nice towels were nice not old and yucky looking. The shower could use some grips on the floor because its offly slippery when wet in there. There is few chairs for fire and deck but no table and chairs to eat outside and enjoy the view and weather. Maybe they could add one? The fire wood is a awesome deal you get so much for the price so make sure if you like fires to buy this too. All and all beside those few little things it was a beautiful place and clean. We enjoyed our 3day weekend here. We will definitely come back to enjoy another stay.

Incredible Space but Uncomfortable

We loved everything about this place. The location was gorgeous, plenty of space, not just your standard cabin inside. Amenities were fine, but there wasn't any hand soap in the entire place. However, nothing was that comfortable other than the rocking chairs. The couch is blown out and tattered, barely any support or cushion sitting down; and the bed we slept in was really worn down, we both woke up each morning with some back pain. Overall incredible place that needs a couple updates.

Great getaway in a beautiful home on the water. Priced very reasonable. We stayed two nights in December. Could use some updating like curtains or blinds on all the windows. Outdoor lighting on driveway side was not working. Carpet needs replacing.

Beautiful sunset—Great stargazing

The well-kept house is in a bay-front neighborhood. With neighbors on each side, I was concerned about noise. But, it was very quiet. There are woods across the street—great fall colors. The large yard (with a nice fire ring) and a big porch overlook the bay. The sunset was gorgeous. The stars were magnificent! The hosts were communicative/helpful but not overbearing. Would stay again!

Relaxing with lots of wildlife

Fabulous!

We loved the location. The view was amazing! We loved having our morning coffee on the deck watching all the wildlife. And the visits from the peacock was a highlight. We’ve already booked two weeks next year about the same time.

Marsh lake view

We enjoyed spending the night at this cabin. We especially enjoyed seeing the wildlife from the deck and being greeted by the neighborhood Peacock. The kitchen window and vents could use a cleaning, but it was generally clean. We liked how well stocked the bathroom was and having paper towel to use. The owners had excellent communication.

The best wildlife viewing!! I was expecting the place to be a lot cleaner and at least have hand soap and 2-ply t.p. with a clean working grill (propane tank, rusted and holes).This is only my second VRBO experience, and the other one was so well stocked with everything you might need. I would recommend bring your binoculars, games, puzzles, coloring books, spices, condiments, own grill, and soaps.

Natural Beauty.

Beautiful view of the natural marshy shore of Saginaw Bay. Lots of different waterfowl and birds to see. Received a visit from the neighborhood Peacock. Very clean and comfortable place to stay.
