Esta es una hermosa 4 dormitorios y 2 baños construida en 2003 se encuentra en 1. 5 acres y está situado a orillas del río Au Train con el patio trasero de ser plana para el río no en un acantilado. Great place to stay! Only 10-15 mins from Munising and 1/2 hour to Marquette. Nice, quiet neighborhood and right on the river. Just across the highway from the beach. Super easy check-in and checkout. Owner gave good recommendations for places to eat. Really fun stay!!!

Perfect week at the Upper Peninsula

So peaceful!!!

Nate was very helpful with recommendations for places to try and provided great details to make our stay great! We loved this spot! Great place to enjoy a peaceful morning on the deck and cocktails by the fire pit at night. It was so easy to put the kayaks/canoe in the river with plenty of river to explore. It really is close (walking distance and by river) to beautiful Au Train Beach. Close enough to Munising and Pictured Rocks to take in all the activities there and come back to a quiet spot at the end of the day. The house was well stocked and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location / comfortable home

Clean, thoughtfully setup for comfortable off guests, lots of space for family time, meals and cards. Enjoyed canoeing and kayaking.

Our family of 8 stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time! The setting is idyllic - we made use of the kayaks & canoes most evenings, the kids could walk to a local shop for ice cream, and we could sit on the back porch and watch for wildlife. The master suite on the first floor is huge and includes a sitting room with a view of the river, which I very much enjoyed in the mornings. Nate was so helpful when we needed a recommendation for a place to go to dinner for a birthday celebration, and also went out of his way to return something we had left at the house. We would stay here again when we return to this beautiful area!

Family getaway

Enjoyed the snowmobiling and easy access to gas station and trails with the sleds, the large yard for the kids to play in the snow. The place was very spacious and well equipped with everything that we needed!!

This house was well equipped with everything needed and had plenty of space. We appreciated the use of the canoe and kayaks on the river. The location is perfect with a great view. People should be aware that both bathrooms are on the first floor while 3 out of 4 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. We had elderly family members with us but they were able to stay in the first floor bedroom so it worked out fine for us. The first floor bedroom is almost like a separate suite of rooms. Communication with the host was great as well!

Great vacation location

We had an excellent time. The house was comfortable, kitchen well stocked and there were nice touches everywhere. We greatly appreciated the two nice kayaks and the canoe, all of which spent a lot of time on the river. We hope to stay here again.

Wonderful Up North Home

This house was exactly as advertised and the perfect home for a multi-family gathering. Loved the multiple seating spaces, functional kitchen, nice bedrooms, outdoor space with fire pit, chairs and kayak, along with proximity to attractions. I would highly recommend and would stay again!

Great Family Vacation Home

We had a great time and we were all very comfortable in the home and it was well equipped with everything with needed! We had our 3 children, my parents and my sister and brother in law and we all had space, slept comfortably and enjoyed our stay!

Great house & location!

Great place for our family of 7. Comfortable sleeping with lots of room. Great amenities and location! The kids loved using the kayaks and canoe on the river. Very close to a beautiful beach and so many things to see in a short drive. Would definitely recommend!

Great Multi-Family Trip

Location is perfect. House was clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Kayaks in the garage were a bonus. Host was friendly and commutative. Neighbors were nice, owners of the store nearby were nice, good area.

Fantastic House & River View

Nate was fantastic as our host for this property. He gave me helpful hints and his communication was excellent. The house location was the best, it was a very nice house and plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood. We had a A++++ stay and definitely would recommend renting this place again.

Wonderful Stay

My family (6 of us - 4 adults & 2 teens) had a wonderful stay at this Au Train house. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The house has everything you need and plenty of room. Plus the pretty view of the river! It's a good location for getting to Pictured Rocks and other areas.

Peaceful family gathering

Nate is a gracious host, even providing restaurant & activity recommendations--site concierge! The property is lovely & quiet, the beds comfortable, & common spaces perfect for family gathering. We enjoyed kayaking/canoeing the Au Train River. Highly recommend this property. Thank you, Nate!

Great rental!

We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the kayaks and canoe on the river, right behind the house. It was one of the best parts of the trip. It was very relaxing and saw so many turtles sunbathing on logs. Pictured rocks was an easy drive. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of wood and lawn chairs for s'mores night. Highly recommend!

Upper Michigan Get Away with Friends

We enjoyed our stay in this Au Train home. It was convenient for us to reach our pontoon boat rental to view Pictured Rocks on our first day, and worked out well to make a driving loop chasing waterfalls on our second day. In addition, we were able to use a few of the home’s amenities such as the kayaks for getting out on the water behind the house, and the fire pit to relax with friends and roast s’mores. Nate, the homeowner, was very helpful with suggestions for things to do as well as places to eat. We enjoyed our stay.
