We enjoyed our stay here and are missing it already. Very clean, comfortable, relaxing, and safe. The hosts are very kind and friendly, and they are always available if you need anything. I also loved seeing all the animals in the area and walking my dogs (they had an amazing time, too!).

Everything You Could Ask For and More

The "bunkhouse" was fully furnished. And when I say fully, I cannot think of one thing that I might have needed, and not provided. The location was so peaceful. Far enough away from heavy traffic and such, but close enough to civilization to enjoy the areas amenities. Although it was just my husband and I staying overnight, we had several friends and family members in the area to come out and visit for the afternoon. It accommodated our large group easily and all were impressed with the amenities and location. A big thanks to our Hosts!

I wish to have stayed one more day. Just to have a slow, cozy, book reading day. Seeing the cows in pasture and have the horses run up has a calming effect on this busy lady. The home was just as described and more!

Fun Family Getaway

The bunkhouse was very clean and homey. Nice picnic table, fire pit, and grill in the backyard to hangout in the evening. Our 2 year old loved getting to watch/pet the horses over the fence and see the cows at the surrounding properties. Had a fun time visiting nearby Ray Roberts Lake State Park, Western Son Distillery, Sharkosa Zoo, and Union Bear Brewing when we weren't at the property.

This bunk house is perfect. My daughters loved the rustic decor, feeding the horses and watching the long horns. It was the perfect spring break for me and my girls with plenty of space . It’s close to the ray Robert lake for an afternoon picnic and the tulip ranch for flowers and photos.

XO marriage get away

We stayed here for our XO marriage conference in Grapevine. Not a far drive in our opinion, and well worth the stay. The home had such a warm and cozy feel with a modern feel. Will be back for sure. Clean and smelled good! Beautiful views of the live stock. Roaming around the property. Both my wife and I loved the place

My favorite weekend getaway EVER

My hubby and I have stayed at many VRBO’s all across the country. This is my favorite by far. It is so thoughtfully laid out and spotlessly clean. We loved being right next to horses and cattle on this working ranch—I just can’t tell you how peaceful the bunkhouse is! I wish we could move in and stay forever. Thank you to our gracious hosts, too. We will be back often.

I want to buy it and live there!

This place is pristine. Smells so new and fresh, but without any kind of fragrance which I am allergic to. Extremely well appointed in the kitchen. Truly a wonderful place that we would like to live in. Will definitely be coming back.
