The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. “Host was good with communication and was generous with pet policy (we had 3 cats). In unexpectedly cold weather for the region, he offered space heaters and alternatives if power went out. House was a good size for our needs and easy to find. There was some loud music next door several evenings, but neighbors nodded and said hello if we passed them.”

“The property looked OK online, we got there and things were a mess. Very dirty ,spiders. Everywhere sinks were clogged, trashcan lid does not work by foot. You have to open it with your hand debris and trash underneath. Bushes, landscaping was a wreck not maintained property. Ridiculous. they try to charge this much for something that has not been serviced in months. It looks like.”
