The Space:
Located directly across from Auburn's Engineering School and surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. You couldn't ask for a better location! Two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress will sleep up to six on luxury 100% Supima Cotton sheets. Two full bathrooms with showers and plenty of plush 100% cotton towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with full sized appliances and everything needed if you decide to stay in and cook. There is also a full size washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire condo. All instructions and a smart-lock code will be provided in order to facilitate a quick and efficient self check-in.

Other things to note:
No pets allowed. Bringing a pet will result in a $200 fine and early termination of the stay.

No smoking. A $200 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking in the condo is found.

No parties or large gatherings. Violating this rule will result in immediate removal without a refund.

Parking Pass. Two parking passes will be provided for your vehicles. They must be displayed in your vehicle to avoid being towed while parked on the property. After checking out, please do not forget to leave the passes in the condo. Failure to leave the parking passes for the next guest will result in a fine of $250 to replace the passes.
