Walk In to the unit to find an open living/kitchen area with an eating area on the granite countertop Island. The sofa folds out into a queen bed while the spacious king bedroom has an ensuite standing shower bathroom. **HOUSE RULES**
No pets and no smoking - if evidence of either is found, you will be liable for $1,000 in damages for cleaning and ventilating.
No renters under the age of 25.
Exterior cameras may be In use.
Occupancy is limited to 4 people.
A parking pass is provided - please return to the unit before departure. A $100 replacement fee will be incurred if lost.
All garbage must be bagged and disposed of in the dumpster at the complex entrance.
Please start the dishwasher before you leave.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
Place used towels in the bath tub.
Make sure all windows and doors are locked.
