Deberían renovarlo
Hotel viejo para el precio de $ 200,- que pague la noche . Cuando hice el checking le pregunté a la recepcionista por si era buena habitación y la respuesta fue “ no conozco todas las habitaciones “.

Se ha deteriorado mucho
Nuestra primera estadia alli fue hace 1 año para llevar a nuestra hija a una competencia de gimnasia en Lakeland; el hotel estuvo excelente y por esa razon decidimos volver. Desafortunadamente esta segunda vez el hotel estaba muy deteriorado. Al pedir cambio a una Suite mas grande, pense que no habria problema porque estaba pidiendo algo mejor en terminos de facturacion para el hotel, la persona del Front Desk decidió cobrarme la noche de la habitacion inicial mas pequeña Y TAMBIEN la de la Suite, es decir, me cobro dos habitaciones por la misma noche..Lo tuve que aceptar porque era tarde y no tenia donde quedarme, pero me fui a otro hotel al dia siguiente (para mi sorpresa habian habitaciones disponibles en otros hoteles muy Buenos y de major precio). La experiencia fue mala, PERO quiero resaltar que el trato que luego recibi de parte de la Jefe de Mantenimiento (no recuerdo su nombre porque era complicado) y de la Gerente (de nombre MIA) fue EXCELENTE. Ellas resolvieron lo del cobro indebido de las dos habitaciones y nos trataron con amabilidad y profesionalismo.

Hotel recomendable, estaba limpio, habitacion tipo apartamento, El unico inconveniente, fue el desayuno. A primera no habia practicamente nada de comida.

Staff are lovely, John checked us in, and after I mis-submitted an incomplete check-in review Chris phoned to ask how he could put it right. Breakfast is limited, and of poor quality. The little pool at the hotel is surprisingly nice. A short walk across the street gives a couple of dining options. Would look to stay there again if we're in the area.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The king suite was very nice. The TV was a bit difficult to get going, but front desk gave me a different remote. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, but a bit soft for our tastes. Hot breakfast was good, with lots of items to choose from, both hot and cold. Very nice property!

The place is old, it has an odor. When they were making breakfast I woke up from a strong smell of bacon at 5 am. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the kitchen is on the 1st. I wouldn't have stayed if I saw the place in real life.

Friendly staff and breakfast was adequate. The sofa bed was broken and the cot they brought was awful. Their was 0 padding left in the mattress. Room and bedding clean, but some ants in the bathroom and shower didn't get very hot.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Pool was great. Super Flea Market within walking distance. Chilis restaurant across the road. Main road a bit noisy but slept just fine

The price. The rooms cannot be rented directly from the hotel because expedia had blocked the rooms and then overcharges excessively. So, the hotel is priced by expedia making the hotel look much better than it is. The hotel looks very expensive for the facilities provided because of the excessive charges of expedia. The real price charged by the hotel reflect better the quality of the hotel.

Great place to stay
Been here a few times now. Always a great place to stay when we are in area. Would definitely recommend this hotel. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Free breakfast is also provided and ok.
