“Good clean hotel, ample parking, nice rooms but lack of TV channels annoying, no mini-bar, wifi is a bit clunky but these are just being picky. Will stay again”

“When booking my delux room, I had checked the room amenities and see that the room had a bath tub, this was my reason for booking. When I arrived the staff were super helpful and went the extra mile upon discovering there was no bath tub in the room. They relocated me into a beautiful room with a bath. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked an extra night.”

“This was our second stay at the Emerald Inn. We stayed last year and liked it so much that we booked again for December, but in the meantime needed a last-minute trip and decided to try them again — glad we were able to get a room. It didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable. A little kitchenette is a great bonus even though we didn’t use it, and having a coffee press in the room was a huge plus. “The room was clean and tidy, very presentable. It looking a little tired but it was good comfortable stay. One thing to remember, they dont service the room everyday. Its every third day so if you like your privacy and you dont mind keeping things tidy yourself you're going to be fine. We were on the 16th floor so we had a fantastic view of lake Pupuki and Auckland city with the sky tower. The staff are helpful and friendly. “Lovely stay, kindly accommodated our earlier arrival (we were allowing extra time for possible road closures), very clean and compact, we had everything we needed. A couple of steps to watch (trip hazards), shower water turned hot when toilet flushed, and no full length mirror.”

“We stayed here as part of a larger group. Simon is fantastic with communication and accommodating to our needs. We were able to organise a buffet dinner for our large group which was delicious. The resort itself is a bit dated but suited our needs having family, couples and single rooms available with everyone having a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
