- Woodside Bay Chalets enjoy some of the most spectacular sea-views on Waiheke Island. With only two one bedroom self-contained luxury chalets on-site, they are ideal for couples or small groups. Looking for a romantic get-away? On honeymoon? Celebrating an anniversary or milestone event? Woodside Bay Chalets are the perfect option. Please note that you will need a car when staying with us :) We have a VW Beetle Limited available for hire. This can be collected and dropped off from the ferry terminal.
Enjoy an outside bath and those amazing sea-views at our rustic Cabana just steps away from your chalet, or a luxurious outdoor sauna and shower??
Woodside Bay is one of the best kept secrets on the Island, affording exclusivity, privacy, yet still only 10mins to Onetangi beach, 14 mins to Kennedy point Car ferry and 20mins Oneroa.

Best two days away for a long time.....
Fantastic place! the location is gorgeous and though on the south side of the island you are no more than easy 15 mins from anywhere - the peace and quite was a dream.
The accommodation is clean and the bath for two, glass of wine in the hand, over-looking the beautiful bay was the highlight of most days - the beds were a dream, best night sleep for a long time.
The beach very near by is stony yet clean, very quiet and great for swimming - over the weekend we are convinced beaches on the south side are 2+ degrees warmer.
Lastly and most importantly the hosts, Steve, was amazing and if I could give 8 stars for communication with the property a manger, I would in a blink of an eye.

Amazing property for a honeymoon
My husband and I spent 5 nights here and it was everything we could have wanted . It was a stunning View, quite place . My husband absolutely loved the sauna ! Overall we would stay here again :)

The most amazing setting
Such a romantic setting . The view was amazing , the chalet was lovely and the hosts were great too . Definitely have a massage while you are there too . Will be back .

Stunning Property with Spectacular Views
Loved the tranquil location away from the busy side of the island. The chalets were fantastic and modern with all amenities required. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend!
