The unit was OK, clean and tidy, as per the photos. but quite a lot of noise from the council flats across the park, loud music at all hours, yelling etc. Some residents of the building were drinking, smoking, and doing big jumps in the pool while my 3yo and I were trying to swim. Quite a lot of glass rubbish in the pool area which seemed unsafe. It seems that there is no building management on site, so this behavior goes unmonitored. The common areas are a little unclean, a lot of stains on the carpets and damaged walls etc. Quite expensive if you include parking. Low water pressure, no ventilation in main bedroom.
