Worst bach
The luxury house alone was beautiful but the communication with the property manager was very very unprofessional, we are Pacific Islanders and while we were telling him things that were wrong with the bach he was being so arrogant & avoiding any conversation. Also we had a big incident where the fire guard was placed leaning on a vase and my 9month old barely touched the vase it fell and the vase shattered on my baby causing her to have cuts on her arm. Also the gas was out and we only just there & they expected us to know how to change the gas when we had no experience whatsoever of the house. No spare towels no spare blankets, bad wifi connection & also there was a wire floating in the pool & we told the property manager that it was dangerous because we had kids with us swimming they could have tugged on the wire not knowing what it was and the property manager said “it’s not a hazard” I have footage of how unprofessional the property manager was towards us as we were complaining about how much money we spent to having a experience that wasn’t what we were seeing online. Everything that we saw in the pictures were definitely not the same in person. Very very poor service.
