The apartment features 3 bedrooms with comfy deluxe beds, hotel quality linens & towels, a fully equipped kitchen & laundry, aircons available,​ smart TV, free unlimited wifi, and a balcony to chill and relax. Perfect for staying while exploring or working in Auckland CBD.



    The Space:

    Welcome to our modern and stylish 3 BR apartment in the heart of Auckland Central. Ideally located for both business and leisure travellers, this residence offers a comfortable urban retreat just minutes from the city’s best attractions. Nestled in Auckland’s vibrant CBD, 24 Airedale Residence is within walking distance of Queen Street’s shopping precinct, Auckland University, and AUT. Enjoy easy access to public transport, making it effortless to explore the city and beyond.



    This beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable apartment boasts a bright living room, a 180-degree balcony, a full kitchen on the 1st floor, 3 separate bedrooms on the upper level: 1 master bedroom with an ensuite, and the other queen bedroom sharing a balcony with outdoor furniture. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 single beds perfectly for families travelling with kids.



    - Aircon in the living room, and also in both queen bedrooms upstairs. A portable fan and heater are provided for the 2 single beds bedroom.

    - Free unlimited high-speed fibre wifi for your social and business requirements.

    - Deluxe comfortable beds with quality linens, towels, and an extra blanket.

    - A full-sized bathroom with a bathtub, a bath towel, a face towel, a hand towel, and a hairdryer. Guest amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.

    - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, dishes, mugs, wine glasses and pretty much everything you need to cook a meal.

    - 65-inch Smart TV (No free channel, only Netflix and YouTube etc, but the guest needs to login their own account)

    - A Washing machine and a dryer combo in the apartment, iron and ironing board, and cloth hangers.



    The apartment comes with one free on-site garage parking. The height limit is about 1.7M. Only suits small to medium cars. If your car doesn't fit in the free parking, you will need to look at other parking options below.

    The apartment includes one free on-site parking space. The height limit is about 1.7M.



    The amenities like toilet paper rolls, rubbish bags, dishwasher/laundry capsules… were provided as a welcome package. After using all of them, the guests need to buy some more by themselves depending on their usage. We appreciate your understanding!



    The elevator in the building currently is under a weight limit usage of 220kg for each load, which means if you have more people with luggages, you will need to take the elevator separately. Also a planned elevator upgrade work has arranged, it might start in April 2026, it is only a rough time frame which hasn't confirmed yet, it could be brings early or delay, all depends on the parts shippment and technician work schedule, that means it might stop work while your stay.



    This is a well-maintained older apartment that undergoes professional cleaning after each guest check out. While we take good pride in its upkeep, please kindly note that some signs of natural wear and tears are present, rather than the feel of a newly built modern apartment, it won't show on the listing photos.
