The Space:

The apartment is spread across the first level of the villa. The front door opens into a spacious living room, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a movie.

The newly installed kitchenette has a microwave/convection oven, 2-burner cooker, electric frying pan, saucepans, fry pan, kettle, fridge, toaster, George Forman grill and dishwasher. There are three large and comfortable bedrooms - two with king sized beds, the other with twin king singles. A large combined bathroom / laundry with corner shower and double vanity complete the home.



The villa is in the perfect location close to Auckland city and just minutes from the lovely Western Park and the best cafés, restaurants, bars, shopping and art galleries that Auckland has to offer It's a good walk or short Uber ride into the city centre, with convenient acess to motorways as well as the harbour.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay.

The villa is in the perfect location close to Auckland city and just minutes from the lovely Western Park and the best cafés, restaurants, bars, shopping and art galleries that Auckland has to offer It's a good walk or short Uber ride into the city centre, with convenient acess to motorways as well as the harbour.



Getting Around:

There are plenty of buses within a couple of minutes' walk from the house. An Uber into the city normally costs around $6-8.



Other Things to Note:

- Please note that there is not a full-size stove/oven (there is microwave/convection oven and a 2-burner cooker).



- The TV is internet-access only (Netflix, Lightbox, on-demand etc)



- Smokers are welcome outside just not inside the villa - there is a cigarette disposal unit provided on the deck.



We do provide some basic breakfast food supplies to get you started. There is a Nespresso machine if you’d like to bring your favorite capsules.
