Turned up to find the booking had been cancelled 8 days before and I had received no notification. Nowhere to stay and no help from anyone. Ended up spending a lot more to cover accommodation and ended up quite away from the city centre. Also had to pay more for food as we could not cook for ourselves as we had expected too. Struggled to get a refund and still haven't got all my money back. I also understand that 3 bookings were taken for this property over the same period I had booked for. As I had booked in early September I think somebody should have sorted any problems before I arrived in December. Not impressed with the service.
