Check in started by us as instructed texting the person, after a time of not hearing from them we called to confirm, the response we got was 'oh yea I was going to txt you back at some stage'. Once we checked in, 'River' told us 'I bet they have not left the remote for the car park', surely enough this was true. Although when we emailed through we got a quick response the situation was not rectified and we were unable to use the garage parking that we were expecting having to park on the street. The washing machine and dryer also were not working which is one of the reasons we stayed here. Overall apart from above, the location and apartment were fantastic.
