Beautiful setting with good parking. Mattress was far too firm and unfortunately ruined what was otherwise a nice peaceful nights sleep. On check out the staff advised that they would have provided extra bedding had we contacted them. So perhaps any subsequent stay would be more comfortable.

Hole in bath towel- and the one it was replaced with. Poor communication with spa. Tried to book a massage on 2 occasions in week preceding stay. We couldn't stay in the room and had to leave immediately. It was dirty with a smelly bed, crumbles on the floor and inside the wardrobe. Our keys weren't in the lockbox some resident had it. People in the building were partying, smoking weed and harassing women. The host took so long to reply and ...
