You have three cozy bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large 30 m² balcony with five wooden deck chairs – the perfect spot to enjoy the sun or unwind in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a TV ensure a pleasant stay. Bed linen and bathroom towels are, of course, provided for you.



Children can enjoy a trampoline and toys in the garden. Behind the house, there is also a table tennis table and a foosball table for entertainment for all ages. The shared pool is available to all guests daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., offering a refreshing break on warm days.



A parking space is available for your vehicle on the property, with additional parking on the street. You can conveniently store bicycles in the basement. Please note that events and visits from unregistered guests are not permitted on the property.
