Nestled in a quiet and safe area, but conveniently located to great restaurants, shopping and the famous Augusta Nationals Golf Course. With 3 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living room and separate dining area, you will have more than enough space to relax and feel at home. Off the back of the home there is a small enclosed patio, which leads to a large lawn and a creek, perfect spot for any 4 legged fur babies.

We have a digital key lock to enter the home, so you check in and out at your convenience. However I live just a few minutes away and so if any issues arise I am happy to come and help.

There is one parking spot reserved for the unit, but plenty of visitor parking all around as well. I have never had any problems with parking right in front of the unit. The home is just around the corner from Washington Rd, which is one of the main roads in Augusta, and just a short drive to the freeway as well.

- Please clean up after your pets. Please clean up poop and fur, and leave no evidence a pet was there.
- Absolutely no parties or exceeding the maximum number of guests. The neighbors will call the police.
