Single villa facing the sea with direct access to the wide sandy beach. Green areas, solarium porch, outdoor shower for two and masonry barbecue. The living room with large windows, in winter, is ideal for writers and fans. The access fireplace, the lapping of the waves and the flocks of birds are the frame. Many comforts for a holiday all year round. The house is equipped with all the necessary appliances, wooden tables and chairs, bamboo chairs and tables, large outdoor umbrella and small beach umbrellas. From the lawn you can enjoy a splendid sea view and the Etna volcano in the background.
On winter days you can enjoy the sunrise in the different shades and migrations of the birds. You can also admire the storks that nest nearby. On full moon evenings you can enjoy the spectacle from the sea when it rises red and then reflects itself silvery on the sea that gently resounds inside the house. In autumn the rain, seen from the large windows of the living room, becomes a spectacle and the lit fireplace procures warmth and the right atmosphere.
The house has two double bedrooms: the sea and the sky; a double room: the sand; a comfortable armchair bed, for any other guest, and an infant bed.
Two well-equipped bathrooms, the red: the lava with washing machine and the yellow: the sun; both with shower.
An open space with functional fitted kitchen, dishwasher, Italian espresso machine, kettle, blender, toaster and many other small kitchen accessories, large fridge with freezer, microwave and traditional oven. The very large space has two French windows and two large windows overlooking the solarium veranda. The house is equipped with free and unlimited WiFi Internet, flat satellite TV, two comfortable leather sofas for 5 people, an open fireplace, a corner of delights, all for a relaxing stay.
The spring holidays, March and April are interesting for the mild climate and for the excursions. May and June as the ideal base for classical performances at the Greek Theater of Syracuse where you can still take advantage of the advantageous price and a temperate summer climate.
