Apartment in Villa Seba Sicily, located between the fishing village of Brucoli and the city of Augusta, welcomes you to an elegant 150 sqm portion of villa for up to 10 guests. You will find 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with bidet and shower. The private kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, Smart TV, and washing machine. For families with children, a crib and high chair are available on request.



Outside, a well-kept garden with English lawn and palm trees awaits you, along with a private outdoor pool for your exclusive use, offering wonderful views of the sea and Mount Etna. Relax on the covered veranda or on the garden sofas, enjoying breathtaking sea views at sunrise and vistas of Mount Etna and Calabria. The pool area features a fully equipped bar with an ice maker to chill your drinks and prepare cocktails by the sea. You will also find a private barbecue, outdoor shower, and direct access to the beach through a garden gate overlooking the sea and coastline.



On-site parking includes spaces inside the property; additional spots are available on the street. Up to 2 pets are allowed, as the house is dog-friendly, and you will meet Oliver, a sweet German Pointer who will be happy to greet you. Events are not permitted.



IMPORTANT: Please note the owners live in the villa in an apartment on the first floor. Guests are guaranteed privacy and assistance if needed.
